So we got two WZ-10 and one WZ-19. Let see how they perform in the hands of PAA pilots. I doubt they repaint them just for testing but if they do end up repainting them, which color do you think it will be?

Kia ho gaya bhai ??

All 3 looks alike so which one is WZ-19 I don't see any WZ-19 ??
If you have any idea can you please mention in the picture

All 3 are clearly WZ-10s. You can see the tail rotor of the one at the back,

sir why do you think it will be stop gap lot of senior member are saying it. except for engine where does it lack.
There is an issue of reliability. China itself is still testing the platform, even if it has inducted it into service. The only reason why China is giving these to Pakistan, just like it has done in the past, is to test it's weapon systems in actual combat. Pakistan is in the midst of an insurgency, these attack helis would see a lot of action, which would directly help the Chinese improve the system by collecting data provided by PAA's military operations.

Real combat testing is one of the reasons why Russia, the US and European military consortiums dominate the global arms market. They can get their weapons tested almost immediately after their initial development has been completed. The Syrian war has been a blessing in disguise for Chinese and Russian military industries, because both sides of the Syrian war are using Chinese and Russia weapons. Where as the Iraq and Afghan war has been a blessing for the US and EU, because they've been able to increase military budgets and test their latest weapons and gadgets in combat.

A simple real world example, the armed predator drones are a direct result of the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. Iraq showed the US that simply putting on an MANPAD or a ASM to a drone won't do anything, the Afghan war helped the US test the drones in different environments, and for a much longer time, without having to worry about a densely populated area, which Iraq was. Directly as a result of these two wars, the US air force airstrikes decreased as a result, causing the US to have a quicker, more efficient system in place for ground attack operations, as well as save on maintenance and costs of said operations.

[Edit]: This is a very basic explanation of my understand on this situation. There is a lot of information that I haven't mentioned, such as the how the Chinese would use this info for their next gen weapons systems. I suggest looking through the forums and reading older threads. There is a wealth of information on here, so go e-archaeology on the forums and dig up old threads to read. I hope that helps.

This is nonsense. All major weapon producers even China do tested their weapon or sent them to simulated trial for an extensive period of time including live war exercise before certify and accepted into service. Until now estimate more than 100 WZ-10 gunship has enter service with Chinese forces. We do not even need Pakistan to test the reliabilities of this gunship.

If not, how do China managed to gain world 3rd of weapon export. Price is one thing, it must also work. Countries who bought Chinese weapon are not dumb. They do witness the trial and Chinese always so confident of their product do allow potential customer haul back the system to be tested in their homelands.

In turkeys LRAM bid, Chinese is the only bidder willing to allow turkish to test HQ-9 in whatever scenario they want and it perform according to their expectation. While same can't be say for patriot, S-300 and Aster. Customer like Kuwait would not even come back to buy second batch of PLZ-45 SPH if it's no good.

Why can't some of you being more gratitude instead of arrogant? The only reason China sent these for free is because the country who asked for it is Pakistan. China may very well give them to Afghanistan, Iraq, a dozen of African countries to gain the so called battle experience and I'm sure they will handle these helo with great delight and thankfulness. But no, only to Pakistan China send these for free. Can the fact tell you something?

Besides, if you have no confidence in a weapon, you will not send it into a battle field. It equals suicide.

That's really cool. I actually just found out about the wz-19 a few days ago. The main reason for giving these is to encourage purchase for more.

We've been over this a million times, why can't you get it through you thick head yet? I've explained my reasoning, and you have provided no evidence to shoemw your argument is correct other than "because I said so". The last time I made my argument, you proceeded to insult me, and call me a western worshipper or some such nonsense.

Artillery is quite different to jets and helicopters, your comparison is flawed. You're connecting two things that should not be connected, namely different products to different nations, with helicopter sales.

First of all, gratitude? Why? I'm not the one you're giving this to, its the PAA. I'm not some stooge you can buy or bully to say what you want, so don't talk down to me as if you're being generous to a homeless man.

Second, why would China give them to Iraq, or Afghanistan? Wouldn't make much sense. Iraq's military is worthless, and has no time to induct a Chinese platform that is completely different to what they're used to with Russian and US platforms. Afghanistan doesn't have the technical know how, nor the money to keep up maintenance, giving these to Afghanistan would be the height of stupidity, as it nay very well end up in the hands of either India or the US, or even worse, the Taliban who'd sell it to the highest bidder. Thankfully, China's military leadership is smart.

Besides, if you have no confidence in a weapon, you will not send it into a battle field. It equals suicide.
It's not about confidence, its about need. This isn't free, as you claim. Pakistan is going to evaluate this platform, as would any nation, and China is going to use this opertunaty to gain valuable data.

It isn't just the Chinese who do this, every arms dealing nation does thus, including the US and Russia. Are you suggesting that China is different and special? From what I can tell, China is no different, nor should it be any different.

Your argument is flaw and the one with tainted eyes and mis info is you. The one need to get thru your thick head is you. How did arty and helo diff? You mean it's an arty so it's trial cert is more strigent while an helo will have a lex procedure without passing standard requirement?

System maybe different but procedure and requirement when in trial are all standardize and no short cut. They all need to pass through a strigent requirement before cert. nothing less.
I can barely even tell what you're writing.

I have presented you with reality, all you've done is present things that gave nothing to do with anything. If you can't tell the difference between the complications and build procedures of artillery and helicopters, then there is no point in talking to you.

Btw, initial and trial testing have nothing to do with combat testing and development, this is why weapons systems evolve. Thankfully, Chinese engineers aren't dumb like you're trying to make them out to be. China's military leaders and defense researchers are smart, and they recognize a good oppertunaty when they see it.

I'm a tt, if I was false flagging, I would have lost my title. I'm not some stooge or yuk who you can buy with a fancy dinner, all that matter are facts, and so far, no one has been able to prove me wrong, other than insult me.

Lacking of excuse and claim comprehension problem? First of all, we gift pakistan 3 gunship is not for testing reliabilities or whether the system we claim will work or not.

I am sure PA will not risk any of their pilot with a trial or invalidate product for war mission. I am sure the high level of PA are more understanding and comprehend that a keyboard warrior staying abroad. They are sure of WZ-10 before making the choice or to convince their decision of procuring more.

This is literally how new acquisitions are made. They're given trial tests, and if a war is occurring, that includes actual combat tests. The recent burraq induction (developed with major help from China) is evidence of this.

This isn't a gift, this is an offer to Pakistan to buy the wz-10.

Why are you insulting Chinese engineers? Every word you write is an insult to their efforts. You're effectively telling everyone that they don't have the capability to learn and improve the wz-10. I'm not the one speaking against China, you are. Only a villain will tell you that you're perfect.

Nice it will heavily aid us in the tribal areas
