Could this be reasonably adapted (enlarged as necessary) to provide a higher flying and faster AEW or ASW platform for China’s ski jump carriers and possibly the Type 076?

I have examined them very closely, It has rotors/tail rotors so it is a copy, Oh wait it has wheels too so it is 100% a copy.
