A really nice video of Şanlıurfa, a city in Turkey's poorer South-east. It has some amazing places to visit and a huge potential to grow as a turist destination and an economic hub... it only needs more investments, better planning and security for the investors and the local people. You can say the same for Turkey in general too but on a much bigger scale.

@Mohammed Khaled , what did you visit in Turkey? You said in another thread that you went to Turkey a week ago or something. Tell us more about your experience. Did you like the food? :D

Well I love Turkish food... I got to have them since childhood... I am from Kuwait so it's easy... but experiencing them in turkey was another level.

I'm sorry to butcher the name of places forgive me but have seen the famous mosque near the river... took a trip around Ankara. Had döner kebabs and spent my time mostly eating. :D
Turkey is seriously cold, before visiting I was at Kuwait where its pretty much pleasantly warm with cool breeze atm. But turkey felt like autumn in ukraine.

The countryside is amazing. Beautiful country. <3

Guys, what do you know about Zonguldak? Is it a nice place to visit or not?

I have an offer for a 10 day visit there for a conference by "Erasmus +" and I am still wondering If I should go there or not. It looks like a nice place with a beautiful sea and mountains around but I am still afraid that 10 days there might get a little bit too boring. :D

Last week, Ankara is cold at the moment if im not wrong, there was even snow in some provinces.

than it is no surprize he should have gone in summer :)

its warm but you dont sweat like in antalya :D

yes I know it , I just asked wich season he went to turkey.. I assumed he visited turkey last year maybe..

also if you live in ankara the summer its not the same like in iskenderun or antalya.. and in my village in turkey it could happen that you have 40 degrees and it feels like 30 degrees.. I was fishing for around 4 hours and just sit there in the sun while we had 40 degrees-- I didnt felt the heat because it was a little bit windy and we had very less humidity

I have great memories living in Turkiye.....Istanbul is simply a magical city. I have lots of photography I took there as well as Bodrum Antalya and Kappadokya - just to name a few places I visited.

I tell all my fellow Pakistanis stop trying to visit London or Dubai and visit Turkiye instead.....great ally country with rich culture and history

For those who visit Istanbul, there's a lot to see and do. Sunday Bazar, the Mosques in SultanAhmet, Buyuk Ada....list is too long :)

I would love to see more pictures of Karadeniz/Black Sea region....for example Trabzon or Rize
