Talk is cheap..
What will be the future of those poor locals living on the strategic strip of the hammer head. Those people need to be relocated by the govt or compensated in one way or another, but no progress on this from PMLN so far.Govt. also has plans to occupy the local jetty, any plans to save the bread of the poor fishermen(90% of the local population)?

There is a very bad situation of electricity ,people get power for only 4-6 hours and there are no gas pipelines, people use gas cylinders.Wheres PMLN on this?

Drinkable water is the biggest problem in Gwadar. The only desalination plant inaugurated during Musharrafs time broke down and Provincial govt of PMLN hasnt been able to fix it so far. Tanker Mafia takes Rs. 15000 for a tanker.

Suggestions:
Funds for Gwadar should pour in directly from the Capital and not through Provincial govt.

Funds Gwadar generates itself in future should be spent only on Gwadar and not elsewhere.

Industrial zones should be setup around Gwadar before anywhere else so people start pouring in and residential schemes get an uplift.

Within 10years? Are you sure..
It is highly likely since the modes of transportation and IT have grown so much and with such a huge infrastructure in place and gigantic scale of economic activity, it is bound to grow rapidly and I guess the planners have taken that into account. After 10 years it will be at least among top 50 cities in the world in terms of area, population and economic indicators while with 15-20 years it may even be in top 10. But it will be different from many other top cities in terms of development and HDI.

Address dey dain main bhi soch raha hoon shaikh bunnay kay baray main :smokin:
Abhi tu main waha nai hoon.. jab aaon ga address share kar doon ga...ap apna number de dain :p:

Can you specify trade volume, as you said gigantic ... building one the biggest city in World within 10 years ! Is that a joke? We are not talking about industrial complex... If that so, there should be biggest real estate boom in mankind..

So you aree just giving lip service? If the trade volume gigantic and can it provide 2 or 3 million jobs within 10years ( not across CPEC route but in gwadar ).. that means 2 00 000 or 3 00 000 jobs/ year* new.. I can be sure about top 500 cities.. those structure posted here, I can notice development but whatever your claim gigantic is far fetched . 1st things let's say gwadar growing rapidly, first thing is Pakistan prepared for such rapid growth.. can Pakistan absorb the extention with growing power needs in such short moment? tenth largest city in the world have 21million population..

Act maturely and state the facts right. I said it is possible that it will be among top 50 cities of the world after a decade. And then after another decade it may be among top 10 cities. Furthermore I didn't say that it has to be in terms population, it can be area or other indicators like economy and political influence like Dubai is among top 10 most influential cities in the world...a great achievement.

Just pray and work for a leadership change in Pakistan....that means PTI only as all of others are tried and tested goons.

I'm not the one who claiming silly like immature, you better read your message carefully ... you mean in 20years you can surpass 500billion mark( shanghai in 10th position with 520billion $ gdp) ... even if we consider their economy growth remained at 700billion$ .. stop deluding your self.. Dubai blessed with oil fields.. Singapore holds one of the busiest port in the world, their economy size remained small..
