Gwadar looks like Dubai of 80s 90s . same geography , sea and desert area . Gawadar surely has potential to become another Dubai ( if things go by plans).

Choro (PMLN) ka hath ma do ga to kuch bhi nahi bachaye ga.

Chinese can build the entire city in 6 months. It has been 15 years and you can see the progress on Gwadar.

Nice to see Gwadar grow, can become major boost for the economy. Karachi (the other port city) itself makes up like 20% of our entire gdp. We could use another one of those.
Does anyone know the capacity of the Karachi port in comparison to Gwadar?
