Inferiority Complex at its worst. They are treating their servants as if those mediocre restaurants are too good for them. In America a beggar can eat at the best restaurant in the country. Happened with my friends dad. He was in USA working on a membrane to purify water. That was like some 40 years back. They had been failing in their efforts for long. Then at last they got a breakthrough. My friend's dad was so happy that he gave a lot of money to a homeless guy begging on the pavement. That guy took the money and went straight to a really upmarket restaurant across the street. My friend's dad asked him that shouldnt he buy cheaper food. He answered today is my birthday i'll treat myself. The staff at the restaurant seated him and served him gourmet foods.
But pakistanis are like as if their disgusting and sleazy restaurants are too good for the common Pakistani.
