How can the plane take off without the doors being properly shut
What were the Stewart's and Air Hostesses upto
surely someone would have seen a door partly opened

What would have happened if the door got fully opened when the plane was over Arabian sea

It's not that it was literally open. It was probably not sealed.

in aviation terms it was failure of cabin pressurization /aircraft Bleed Air Leak

Whatever people say. The pilot of Pk 8303 was doing a "Madmax" approach and literally playing GTA 5 .
No pilot tries to open landing gear at 260 knots and the. drops the plane at the rate of 17000 feet per minute and then smash into the runway at speeds of over 190 knots while the landing speed for A320 is below 150 knots.
So yes pilot made a chain of huge boo boo.

This is what I have believed since day one, But let’s see what the “INvEstIGaTOrS” have to say. I wish this isn’t the case but it does seem to be...

The plane took off from Riyadh for Multan but had to make emergency landing in Karachi due to a door malfunction.
You don't drive a car with partially open door and here we have stuntmen pilots of PIA flying all the way from Riyadh to Karachi with a door which wasn't shut properly.
Then people say, don't blame the pilot.

They did not take off with a "partially open door". The article you posted clearly states that the malfunction arose during flight after the aircraft had already entered Pakistani air space. After which the crew decided to land at the nearest available runway. On top of that, we don't exactly have any idea what the malfunction actually was. No where does it say that the door was open, even if partially. Chances are that it was something very minor. You can't fly an aircraft with an open door, even if the crew decided to purposefully ignore every single warning against it. With an open door the aircraft would never pressurise. If it doesn't pressurise then everyone in the aircraft would pass out above 20,000 ft after the approx 11 min of oxygen from the drop down masks runs out.

Believe it or not, malfunctions do happen with aircraft all over the world, all the time. I've seen an Etihad flight's engine blow up and catch fire a few hundred meters above my head right after take off.

I'm not trying to defend the PIA, it is a third rate airline destroyed by the third rate service and professionalism of its crews in the air and on the ground. That said, this needless ruckus we create every time just to satiate our appetite for "mirch masala" needs to stop.

Emirates has 200+ planes and 200+ destinations and literally no crashes.

Emirates Flight 521

Also,

Airline Incidents for airline Emirates

unusual noises developed on board which were identified to come from one of the aircraft's main doors.

There we have it.

It's not that it was literally open. It was probably not sealed.

Probably not even that. According to the article posted by @Imran Khan the complaint was "noise from the door". Had there been a leak we should have heard about the depressurisation of the cabin as well.
