No. You guys detected those fishermen long before your soldiers boarded their boats. At any time between the detection and boarding you guys could have send a CG/"white ship" but your over zealous navy warship Captain wanted to show off his newest ship and underestimated the Chinese resolve to protect her people and sovereignty.

Nope they send the Coast guard to re-supply the warship you despise the most because it's rushing there so it doesn't have much supplies and it matters about to loads of it..it's our natural resources and you Chinese are liars because you say the fishermen are there because of bad weather well It's pretty hot here so It's impossible for a bad weather. whatever you calls these area..but according to International rule..its well within Philippines EEZ (only 130 NM from shore) and way too far from mainland(pic) and not even within your EEZ..you may calls it disputed,but still...your fisherman shouldn't be there in the first place..

And one more thing China does not have the rights to send another ship because it is well within our territory we can arrest both of your ships crew and the fisherman but unfortunately Philippines does not want to cause a international incident.. The DFA said a Philippine Navy surveillance aircraft monitored eight Chinese fishing vessels anchored inside the Panatag (Scarborough) Shoal in the West Philippine Sea on Sunday, April 8.

It said Panatag Shoal is an integral part of Philippine territory, 124 nautical miles from the nearest base-point in Zambales.

Panatag/Scarborough is within the Philippines' Exclusive Economic Zone and Continental Shelf, the DFA added.

The Navy deployed the BRP Gregorio del Pilar (PF-15) from Palawan on Sunday. But on Tuesday, when the Gregorio del Pilar dispatched a boarding team to inspect the fishing vessels and collect photos and other evidence of their catch, two Chinese vessels showed up, including the government surveillance ship.

I am not sure if there was any resisting, violent or not,on the fishermens part when the Filipinos soldiers boarded the ship. However, the arrest didn't happen when the Filipinos fled back to their Warship when the two unarmed coastguard ship arrived at the scene.

When did Philippine started officially claiming those islands are theirs? And when did China do the same?
