I dont understand why did the terrorists attack when the university is officially off. Is the security staff is allowed to go home when uni is off but there are students residing in hostels?

Moreover, if they wanted dead bodies, they would have attack when there are regular classes like they did in Bacha Khan university, Charsadda and APS Peshawar, right?
