The Police have cordoned the area, local eye witnesses state that that the terrorists were wearing military fatigues and armor, one of the terrorists was badly wounded and 3 of the 4 terrorists were speaking in a foreign language - Source: Express News, Samma TV

Response was quick. None of the terrorists was able to detonate his suicide jacket. Later BDU diffused there suicide jackets. They didn't even get the chance to blow themselves.

Man, you are barking up the wrong tree. This has nothing to do with the US. However, if you want to continue to use the US as a typical escape goat for anything that happens in Pakistan, including unemployment and malfunctioning of a traffic signal, you are welcome to.
The American training won't be this easy to kill. Plus, if these guys were American trained and supported. I think it'd be safe to assume that they'd be granted entry somehow into the base from somewhere. And they'll have digital maps of every assets to hit. I don't discount the Indian hand in there as you guys are adversaries and are usually involved in such events in either country. But blaming the US for everything is getting old!
