He is proclaimed offender - as per Pakistani courts. He is a serial offender of court of law and fled from Pakistan. Too much ado for a fled criminal

- He has arrest warrents for murder
- He has arrest warrent for treason against Pakistan
- He fled his so called beloved country like a low life criminal to avoid arrest and dare not ot face trial

There are arrest warrants against him and absconder for not appearing in court. But where does the conviction comes from?

PPP goverment's public prosecueter filed politically motivated charges and he did not fough them at first, so court has issued arrest warrants for not appearing. Once he seriously fights all legal charges against a fair court, they dont have a leg.

But what about your claim of him as convict? Or you dont know what the term in judicial process means convict?

He is abroad for a number of reason, mainly due to his security from militants and a goverment of political opponents. It is no bravery to die in a bomb blast achieving nothing, like did Benezier.

He was one of the best Generals in the history of Pakistan. Army personnel's are highly trained and all the commanders are highly educated. A civilian can never understand their skills. I don't care what people says "Pakistan Army is the defender of our country."

They do it unilaterly. However, the thats another fact that Pakistan hasnt physically tried to stop them because they are targeting the same enemy, i.e. Al-Qaida and Taliban.
