Turkey has technological edge, which is the deciding factor for any victory against countries with even-numbers of stuff, or even at points when quality wins over quantity.
TAF's ac are more well-maintained and require less maintenance hours, which in turn increases their sortie rate which is what judges victory in the air war. Once air dominance is secured, It'll be tough for Iran's missiles, startegic forces to effectively attack Turkish targets as they'll be subject to continous pounding with bombs and PGMs. TA SFs would first be air-dropped into Iranian territory at spots where TAF has secured dominance to take out enemy infrastructure, missile silos, and what not, wage a ground war as more territory is secured, tanks, IFVs, vehicles etc. will all land in Iranian territory through various means (i.e. airdropping, or through landing docks).
In the end Turkeys will win the war. Iran can do critical damage but the objective of war is not to damage the enemy but to win, which can be done effectively by Turkish forces. Both sides will suffer attritions (which happens in every war), but end-victory will go to Turkey.
