That is a big claim.Where is evidence for the BS you tout. India has good biotech capability ,so if biological weapons are used then don't cry for China will lose most of its population.

IF China was to remove its anti-dalai lama and give tibetan buddhism the same position as pureland buddhism ,I am fine with returning south tibet. Frankly I would like to see a economic or if possible political union with China. The same kind that Rama Empire had according To Edgar Cayce.

Actually,the color revolution was nothing but a power and property grab by the oiligarchs and the corrupt Yeltsin . Soviet policies towards religion had relaxed in 70's and even more in 80's. Even in the 40's-50's there was freedom ,which was reversed by Khruschev.
