I think only the Administration and Mods are in better position to nominate the candidates.

Maybe Think Tanks can also nominate future Think Tank materials.

maybe soon-to-be banned members can nominate future fresh members!

Sad to see people cant decide or make up their minds as to whether vote or not and instead involving in beating around the bush with childish sarcastic comments.

This is not a nomination/ popularity kind of thing. In past we have seen threads with popular member, favorite avatar etc etc and what not. The only problem i see is that the thread has been started by an Indian. and its a trend here to oppose anything from that side. Hence the unrelated comments.

Sorry i have grown up enough and have spend enough time in here as to decide who is a good poster and who is not with my own decision making mind.

This is not a nomination for any posts or electing anybody, but a mere reflection of how the members feel who is a good poster and who is not.

I am capable of thinking of these on my own , so i voted.

Some of us wants it to be the official PDF awards.. some thing accepted by every one not some personal choices like in the previous threads you are talking about.

The votes should be cast but the nominees/candidates should be selected by the guys in Blues and Reds.

Even thats a good idea. How about the criteria be made at-least a senior member.

Come on bro, in the avatar thread everybody was competing for becoming the best and the age one was just informational.

Anyway, its just my opinion and i can be rational at times. If you feel my thoughts are not practical you can very well dismiss it and move on.

But Jonasad has made a very good observation and if you are interested you can put forward ideas as to how to work on it further and implement. Maybe you can ask Zaki for advice, nowadays he is after that color thing.

Yes , i stand by that.. but with a little correction perhaps. If the thread was started by me instead of that gilli guy the response would have been more positive instead of more emphasis on dual ids and other things. Yes , you are right its not at all about nationality but a little credibility factor is also there
