Panama Case - Post Verdict Discussion and Updates

. .
How am I blaming the wrong guy, when he is the CJ and he had to give the verdict?
I said it in the beginning of my argument but I guess you missed it.
I think somebody played on the patriotic sentiments arising from 27/2/19 to hand down a favor. Two on the same day looks more than a coincidence.
And then again here:
Common people, let's call a spade a spade. Our chief has doled out the recent charity to Sharif's and I'm not talking about Supreme Court.

Knowing the track record of cjp, don't you think that a deeper reality check is required as to who is actually responsible for the relief to the Sharif's?

And suddenly PMLN is all set to support the bill to extend the duration of military courts after earlier reluctance. Let's wait and see whether ppp is required or not and if it is then how Bilawaja Bhutto Zardari steps on board.

I agree with @Zibago that the medical relief given by CJP is only Homeopathic.

On the other hand, the high court relief is more alarming than meets the eye.

Why do think that IK keeps saying that he won't give any NRO again and again? Is he just repeating it for the sake of it or trying to drive the message home towards relevant stake holders that he wouldn't take it sitting if the criminals are let off the hook.

I think you are not getting my point..... I agree with you, tht establishment is responsible for giving relief to sharifs....

The reason I am blaming Justice Khosa is tht....why did Justice Khosa become part of such plan of giving bail to Nawaz sharif, engineered by establishment? It was not expected from Justice Khosa tht he could become party to any NRO/relief for Nawaz sharif, engineered by establishment .....hence the disappointment and blame

Bcz Justice khosa was involves with the establishment from the beginning, the first decision was also engineered. He was not a saint......tsk tsk.

This is a hard reality which you don't want to accepts as you don't want to comes out of your bubble.

Once you out of it, you will understands everything in this jigsaw puzzle black & white.

To me, he did not become part of any plan but played it beyond the game as i mentioned earlier.

Poor @Tameem is always lurking around to avenge his two bit, wheeler dealer Sharifs who have proved that they can stoop to any low and even tear the single thread of being Nazaryati on their shameless and patheticly naked political carcus for the sake of even any shape and form of miniscule deal, even if it is by way of a Generals stick up their political proverbial behind.

Oh and have a nice day enjoying my colorful description of your Nazaryati, "no deal ever" lot my friend @Tameem , Purani Tankhuah Mubarak dear.

When have they ever been out of it? Thats the lowly corrupt political bagage that lingers on and no one seems to be interested in descarding as they are relatively easier to control if you have the right carrot and stick.

i think they control the one in power than the other way around.

but sure you can keep looking at it from your pov.

I agree with your pov. But the question is why the need to control the one at top? Here in lies the answer.

IK was kept from getting clear majority seats as he was not considered trust worthy enough to be given a free hand right from the start. I am sure that at least, AT LEAST a minimum of 10 seats were manipulated for the benefit of PMLN likes of Khwaja Asifs and Saad Rafiques to keep PTI in check. Remember the extensive contituency wise prepoll survey by PMLN tilted Habib Akram that PTI looks like scoring 130+ seats on election day...that was without Karachi seats that PTI bagged due to MQM disintegration.

But we are going off topic... This has been discussed in elections thread already...to be continued another time perhaps.

Man has still the most constitutional power.

As far as majority is concerned. Its irrelevant.

You are just clawing at the straws for excuses that the man in the office cannot decide, plan or execute but still would go to great lengths in defending youturns, speed of light trains and other gems like jesus did not exist and safai adha emaan hai

Oh I agree, IK is learning the ropes on job and indeed he is distracted and undecided on what he is learning while we are paying for his lack of participation in parliamentary comittees in earlier tenures that help members understand and work out how day to day governance actually works.

Im sure he will come around for the sake of Pakistan but the thought that if Nawaz with his IQ can manage etc etc instead of working on a comprehensive policy and governance plan in advance sure has exposed the lack of planning.

No to have you charge me for blasphemy but Nawaz has a higher IQ than IK. This is simple human deduction.

Imran Khan is the Prime Minister. He has a constitutional job which requires participation in the assembly as a working democracy. The man has repeatedly shared most offensive remarks about the parliament yet will come to the parliament for oath taking.

The doctrine of uturn is not new. He has employed this and is much more akin to lie, cheat and steal just to achieve what he wants.

Now you can go to greater lengths on what he is trying to achieve but take a hint in Ms. Hayat.

You simply support him because when we were little kids our jewish mothers would tell stories about honesty but conveniently leave out that Moses murdered.

He has a stated policy of giving businessmen a share in policy making.

Anyhow there is no reason for me to say all of this. This is what Pakistanis wanted, deserve and are getting. So enjoy

Actually, Imran Khan's team is not delivering especially on the economic front and due to the obvious lack of experience and huge resistance from bureaucracy ...

To tackle bureaucracy IK needs support from parliament in form of lawmaking but thats not happening ... My suggestion for IK is to start the lawmaking process in the parliament irrespective of its approval of disapproval atleast PPP and PMLN will be exposed ... Assigned this task to some senior and mature people ...
