In simple words Panama Bench has done enough of its job by appointing a monitoring judge. Even NAB was told by head of former JIT to approach monitoring judge for permission to questioning JIT.

Answer these simple question for my information please:

Why is PTI or JI or SRA not interested in approaching monitoring judge for their grievances?

- They are, but more clarity is required to devise a plan. They (I can say for PTI) are watching it closely, what direction it (references) take upon lapse of given time.

Why not approach SC for NAB not opening Hudaibya cases?

- Refer to above.

What is stopping the three petitioners to file contempt of court against NS?

- Refer to above

Why can't they file against the Governments of SS and SKA for providing state resources to a DQ person?

- Refer to above

Why leave the field open for PMLN?

- No one is leaving it open, just wait till Sept 11th

Ok but why are the petitioners so laid back, muddai sust, why expect munsif chust?

I am not overly optimistic nor pessimistic re the situation. I am privy to a lot of things happening and things unfolding in corridors (be it diplomatic, political, financiers (yes you read it right; there are not so known to public financiers who are stakeholders in the system) or establishment - I define establishment more broadly; Bureacracy, PA, and Judiciary) that matter.

There is no formal "script" like before therefore exact result is not known to anyone!

There are developments happening at very fast pace, and since these are interdependent on various other factors therefore predicting or even forecasting is only limited to next sequential step.

Agreed but few people on the top have realized that too much at stake and now the public wants accountability ... otherwise the goose will be the golden egg will be gone ... they are resisting the system but the results will not be achieved in months ... it will take years ... IA, Pakisan will won at the end

SC itself gave order of monitoribg judge.. Monitoring judge appoint ho bhi gaye..lekin woh khud hi apna verdict implement nahi karrahay.. Monitoring judge ek maqsad ke liye thay.. PTI should be proactive lekin apnay verdict ko tu SC ne hi implement karna hai.. Why isnt J Ijazul Ahsan conducting monitoring proceedings?

8th sept ko NAB will report to SC ...

Media reports are not credible.. ARY was also talking abt 24th August..but next whole week J Ijazul ahsan is in Lahore..so not possible

Simplistically put: It depends on how and what's thrown at them e.g., first episode was taken off air -even before telecasted.

That's why I don't care much about politics. Legal proceedings should start kicking in the coming week if the supreme court has decided not decided to go bonkers and loose their chance at glory.

It's survival of the bravest at this moment in time. A loosing game for the corrupt.

But i was asking abt judiciary's mood..in context..tht why hasnt monitoring proceedings started yet? Why are they giving full opportunity to NAB to manipulate things and try to save sharif family by filing weak references.. Why no monitoring...of NAB.? NAB is free to do whatever it wants.. More than 3 out of weeks passed and no monitoring yet.. No chance of hearing next week either since Ijazul ahsan wil b in lahore

Daily Khabrain has claimed that a decision regarding setting up a caretaker government under General (R) Raheel Sharif for next three years has been made in order to make Pakistan a corruption-free country as all institution wanted to get rid of menaces nurturing under the current political system.

It further claimed the caretaker government, comprising old politicians, bureaucrats, technocrats and retired generals, will be headed by former chief of army staff General (r) Rahil Sharif to ensure the accountability of everyone.

Through the caretaker government, a way would be paved for introducing presidential government system by eliminating running power-sharing system, parliamentary system, in order to strengthen Pakistan.

Credible personalities, including Dr Attaur Rehman, Nisar Memon and others, would be brought into the parliament through caretaker government for holding accountability.

That's why I said that six weeks is the limit available to NAB to file reference and monitoring judge will only act accordingly by himself.

That is why I think that only petitioners can invoke the monitoring judge by petitioning against mala fide intentions shown by NAB in Hudaibya case.

That shall put pressure on NAB to show seriousness in interrogating and filing references against accused.

But it's just my opinion, let's see how things proceed eventually.

Its comparable to the belief that Abdullah Shah Ghazi saves Karachi from storms. Although as absurd as it is but still somehow true.

They used to joke man Omanis are unlucky as they get all the storm and they gifted gawadar to us.

Pakistan is just not explainable.
