Told you bro .. good things come to those who wait. IK announced street support for Judiciary as well recently.

Now the question of PMLN being a valid party stares at the noonies, as a party with a name of a disqualified person. IK managed to push the Panama in the SC and look at where we are now. Patience dear brother, it's all unfolding ... rather fast now.

1) I have always acknowledged IK's role as primary, relentless and unique from even his other party leaders to keep pressing on Panama disclosures despite the opposition from within party.
2) I have stated that it is IKs confidants that are holding back his otherwise aggressive strategy of meeting PMLN on open political trough...
3) I have stated that PTI is waiting for Courts to do the magic for them.

The detailed judgement is eagerly awaited. I hope they take their time to keep these crooks twisted and explain the reasons and consequences of verdict for the disqualified in black and white.

Lets see how this verdict affects the attendence at Nawaz jalsas.Our easily duped awam loves the underdog.

My guess is that it will make his cries of victimization louder and status of underdog stronger.

PTI needed to timely raise voice on restraint of judiciary on blatant contempt by Nawaz and Co. And demand Media ban on Nawaz and Maryam when the extreme contempt started months ago.

PTI's movement to get a media ban slapped on Nawaz and Maryam like Altaf's, would have punctured the air out of PMLN strategy and narrative to fool people a long time ago...

Still PTI needs to play politics like pros and wrestle back the much loved by our awam title of underdog away from PMLN before they make another victimization icon like Kulsoom Nawaz as party president.

Wake up PTI and stop your verbal defence of judiciary ... Judiciary can defend itself... A one off support of judiciary statement or press release is enough...play politics PTI... And dont keep chopping your own foot by making Nawaz and family look like victims.

In my humble opinion, politics is seldom a game of wait and watch and even then, not for months on end.

The court decisions are sure to catchup with Nawaz and Co...but that does not ensure a complete political annihilation of Sharif family before the next elections.

It will also be a mistake to under estimate Shahbaz's side of the equation. Shahbaz Sharif still enjoys considerable clout in civil/ military bureaucracy as well as support amongst PMLN voters.

All I am wishing is for PTI to start playing its role as a political force instead of just floating around, bobbing up and down in the rapids of cut throat electoral politics.

سپریم کورٹ میں میرشکیل الرحمان اور احمد نورانی توہین عدالت کیس میں جسٹس آصف سعید کھوسہ نے پانامہ مقدمے کے فیصلے میں لکھے گئے گاڈ فادر ناول کے ڈائیلاگ کی وضاحت کی ہے۔
جنگ گروپ کے مالک میرشکیل الرحمان اور ادارے سے وابستہ دیگر افراد صبح ساڑھے نوبجے سپریم کورٹ پہنچے۔ کسی کو معلوم نہ تھاکہ ’جے آئی ٹی میں آئی ایس آئی‘ والی خبر پر ملنے والے نوٹس پر صحافی احمد نورانی اور جنگ گروپ نے عدالت کو کیا جواب دینا ہے۔
دن سوابارہ بجے جنگ گروپ کے مالک اور صحافی احمد نورانی کے خلاف توہین عدالت کے تین نوٹسز کی سماعت کا آغاز ہوا تو جسٹس آصف سعید کھوسہ کے دائیں جسٹس دوست محمد خان اور بائیں جسٹس منصور علی شاہ بیٹھے ہوئے تھے۔ عدالت میں اس کیس کی سماعت کے دوران پہلی بار جنگ گروپ کے مالک ، پرنٹر اور صحافی کی جانب سے تین وکیل پیش ہوئے۔ اس سے قبل کی سماعتوں میں صرف ایڈووکیٹ آن ریکارڈ نے حاضری دی تھی۔
وکیل نے بتایا کہ تیسرے نوٹس کے جواب میں تیار کی گئی دستاویز عدالت میں ہی پیش کر رہے ہیں، عدالت اگر ضروری سمجھے تو پھر اس کو دفتر میں بھی جمع کرا سکتے ہیں۔ اس جواب کو عام کرنا عدالت کی صوابدید ہے۔ وکیل کی جانب سے تین سفید لفافے اسٹاف کے حوالے کیے گئے جو بنچ میں بیٹھے جج صاحبا ن کو دینے سے قبل چاک کیے گئے اور ان میں موجود جواب کی پیپربک جسٹس آصف کھوسہ، جسٹس دوست محمد اور جسٹس منصور شاہ کو دی گئی۔
جسٹس آصف کھوسہ نے کہاکہ ہمیں جواب پڑھنے دیں، کیا سارے مدعا علیہان کے جواب میں ایک ہی بات لکھی ہے؟۔ وکیل نے کہا کہ رپورٹر احمد نورانی کے جواب میں کچھ نکات مختلف ہیں۔ تینوں جج صاحبان پندرہ منٹ تک جواب پڑھتے رہے۔ جسٹس دوست محمد نے جواب پڑھتے ہوئے جسٹس آصف کھوسہ کی جانب جھک کر کوئی بات کی۔ اس کے بعد جج صاحبان کی آپس میں گفتگو ہوتی رہی۔
جسٹس کھوسہ نے وکیل سے پوچھاکہ کیا تینوں جواب ایک جیسے ہیں؟۔ وکیل نے بتایاکہ احمد نورانی نے دوسرے اورتیسرے شوکازنوٹس کے جواب میں تین مختلف پیراگراف لکھ کر وضاحت کی ہے۔جسٹس دوست محمد نے پوچھاکہ ایف آئی آر پر کیا کارروائی ہوئی؟( یہ اشارہ جواب میں لکھے گئے احمدنورانی پر حملے کی درج ایف آئی آر کے بارے میں تھا)۔وکیل نے احمد نورانی سے پوچھ کر بتایاکہ کوئی پیش رفت نہیں ہوئی، پولیس کہتی ہے کہ نامعلوم افراد تھے ان تک پہنچنے میں کامیاب نہیں ہوسکے۔جسٹس دوست محمد نے کہاکہ پریس والے بھی تو ہائی پیڈسٹل پر رہتے ہیں۔ اس کے بعد کہاکہ آپ نے جواب میں پریمئیر( آئی ایس آئی سے متعلق) کا لفظ لگایا ہے، یہ لفظ تو صرف وزیراعظم کیلئے ہوتاہے۔وکیل نے کہاکہ یہ لفظ وہ ادارہ عام طور پر اپنے لیے استعمال کرتاہے۔ جسٹس دوست محمد نے کہاکہ آئین وقانون کی کون سی کتاب میں یہ لفظ ان کیلئے لکھا گیاہے؟۔
وکیل نے جواب دیاکہ ’فار دا سیک آف کنوینینس‘۔ آسانی کیلئے یہ لفظ لکھا گیا۔ جسٹس دوست محمدنے کہاکہ اس کیلئے تو ’جن‘ بھی لکھ سکتے تھے۔یہ تو کوئی بات نہ ہوئی۔اس ملک میں قانون وآئین چلے گا یا کسی اور کی چلے گی۔زندگی اور موت اللہ تعالی کے ہاتھ میں ہے۔ہم نے اگر آنے والی نسلوں کو ایک بہتر ملک دیناہے تو ایسی باتوں سے نکلناہوگا۔
وکیل نے کہاکہ ہماری استدعاہے کہ نوٹس واپس لیاجائے، عدالت کو رحم وکرم پرچھوڑا ہے۔ جسٹس دوست محمد نے کہاکہ آپ نے لفظ ہی ایسا لکھ دیاہے، مجھے تو تکلیف ہوئی ہے۔ جسٹس آصف کھوسہ نے کہاکہ آپ نے جواب میں ریگرٹ (معذرت کی ہے، افسوس کا اظہار کیا ہے) شو کیا ہے۔ آپ نے جواب ایسے انداز میں اور لفافے میں بند کرکے دیا ہے کہ یہاں عدالت میں تجسس ہے کہ پتہ نہیں کیا دے دیاہے، ہم بتادیں کہ اس میں ایسا کچھ بھی نہیں ہے، آپ نے اچھاکہ پہلے یہاں پڑھنے کیلئے دیا اور پھر ساتھ ہی کہاکہ عدالت سمجھے تو اس کو دفتر میں جمع کرانے کیلئے کہے او رچاہے تو پبلک کردے۔ آپ نے عدالت کیلئے احترام ظاہرکیاہے۔
جسٹس آصف کھوسہ نے کہاکہ جواب میں زیادہ سے زیادہ یہی لکھاہے کہ رپورٹر نے مختلف افسران سے ملاقاتیں کیں جس سے یہ تاثر ملاکہ جے آئی ٹی کو آئی ایس آئی چلا رہی ہے، حالانکہ سپریم کو رٹ نے یہ اختیار جے آئی ٹی کے سربراہ کو دیاتھا، رپورٹر کو یہ تاثرملا تو اس نے خبر لگادی۔ویوز اور نیوز میں فرق ہے، بدقسمتی سے تاثر کی بنیاد پرخبرلگائی گئی،یہ تھوڑا مکس اپ ہوگیا، کبھی ایسا بھی ہوجاتاہے۔ عدالت نے پوچھاکہ احترام ہے کہ نہیں ہے،آپ نے کہاکہ تھاکہ عدالت کا احترام کرتے ہیں۔ توہین عدالت کے قانون کا مقصد کسی کو غیر ضروری تکلیف دینا نہیں، مگر عدالت کے احترام کے بغیر معاشرہ چل نہیں سکتا۔
جسٹس دوست محمد خان نے کہاکہ موجودہ دور میں جتنی بھی آئینی ترامیم ہوئی ہیں وہ آزادی اظہار اور اطلاعات تک رسائی کے بارے میں ہوئی ہیں۔یہ ہرشہری کا حق ہے۔ جب تک کسی کی رائے اور خبر توہین کی حدود میں داخل نہیں ہوتی ہم اس پر نوٹس نہیں کرتے، لوگوں کو غیر ضروری طور پر توہین سے نہیں ڈراسکتے۔
جسٹس آصف کھوسہ نے کہاکہ جواب اس طرح پیش کرنے سے سنسنی پھیلائی ہے، سب کو بتادیتاہوں کہ اس میں کیا ہے، خبر دیتے وقت آپ مستعدی دکھارہے تھے، دکھانی بھی چاہیے، آئی ایس آئی جے آئی ٹی(پانامہ مشترکہ تحقیقاتی ٹیم) کا حصہ تھی۔ جواب میں لکھاہے کہ ہمیں یہ تاثر ملا کہ آئی ایس آئی ہی سب انتظام سنبھالے ہوئے ہے اور اس کو شاید سپریم کورٹ نے کہاہے، اس پر رجسٹر ار کو فون کیا جنہوں نے جواب نہ دیاتو جج صاحب کو فون کردیا، رپورٹر نے بھی اور جج صاحب نے بھی بہت تحمل سے بات کی۔جسٹس کھوسہ نے کہاکہ اس جواب میں یہ سب لکھا ہے ، اورکوئی پریشانی والی بات نہیں۔ جسٹس کھوسہ نے کہاکہ تاثر کو خبر بناکر پیش کریں گے تو غیرضروری پیچیدگیاں پیدا ہوتی ہیں، اور اس کا ازالہ ڈٹ جانا نہیں ہوتا۔ اب تو یہ وطیرہ بن گیا ہے جو بات سپریم کورٹ نے نہیں کہی ہوتی وہ بھی منسوب کردی جاتی ہے۔
جسٹس آصف کھوسہ نے کہاکہ اسی طرح بہت سی چیزیں آج کل بھی ہورہی ہیں۔ انہوں نے ڈپٹی اٹارنی جنرل عامر رحمان سے پوچھاکہ کیا آپ اٹارنی جنرل کی نمائندگی کررہے ہیں؟ مثبت جواب ملنے پر پوچھاکہ کیا آپ نے پانامہ کیس کا فیصلہ پڑھاہے؟ ۔ عامررحمان نے اثبات میں جواب دیاتو جسٹس کھوسہ نے کہاکہ کیاکہیں عدالت نے لکھاہے کہ میاں نوازشریف گاڈ فارد ہیں؟۔ ڈپٹی اٹارنی جنرل نے جواب دیاکہ فیصلے میں ایسا نہیں لکھاگیا۔ جسٹس آصف کھوسہ نے کہاکہ سن لیں، حکومت پاکستان عدالت میں تسلیم کررہی ہے کہ فیصلے میں یہ نہیں لکھاگیا۔جسٹس کھوسہ نے کہاکہ اسی طرح سسلین مافیاکی بات بھی سیاق وسباق سے ہٹ کر پیش کی گئی۔ نہال ہاشمی توہین عدالت کیس میں جج صاحب نے کہاکہ نہال ہاشمی جس طرح ججوں کو دھمکی دے رہے ہیں، ججوں کے بچوں کو تو سسلین مافیا والے قتل کرتے تھے۔یہاں بھی بات کو سیاق وسباق سے ہٹ کر پیش کیا گیا۔
(جس وقت جسٹس آصف کھوسہ یہ وضاحت کررہے تھے عدالت میں جنگ گروپ کے مالک میرشکیل الرحمان کے علاوہ کئی سینئر صحافی موجود تھے جن میں انصارعباسی، فاروق اقدس اور عمر چیمہ بھی شامل تھے)۔
جسٹس کھوسہ نے اپنی بات جاری رکھتے ہوئے کہاکہ سپریم کورٹ سوال پوچھتی ہے کہ کیا اسمگلر، ڈاکو، چور اور لفٹر سیاسی جماعت کے سربراہ بن سکتے ہیں؟ کیا قانون میں اس کی گنجائش ہوسکتی ہے؟۔ مگر اس میں سے ایک لفظ کو اٹھا کر اور پوری بات کے سیاق وسباق سے ہٹ کر پیش کردیا جاتاہے۔جسٹس کھوسہ نے کہاکہ ہم سے وہ منسوب نہ کریں جو ہم نے کہاہی نہیں۔ جو ہم نے کہاہے ہم اس کو اون کرتے ہیں۔ آدھی بات کو اٹھاکر پیش کرنے سے مفہوم بدل جاتاہے۔ کچھ لوگ تو قرآن کے ساتھ بھی ایسا کرتے ہیں، وہ قرآن سے لے کر کہتے ہیں کہ یہ بھی لکھاہے کہ نماز کے قریب مت جاؤ، مگر اس کے آگے کیا لکھاہے وہ نہیں بتاتے۔ جسٹس آصف کھوسہ نے کہاکہ یہ بڑی زیادتی ہے، سیاق وسباق سے ہٹ کر پیش کرنے سے غلط پیغام جاتاہے۔ ہم تحمل کا مظاہرہ کررہے ہیں۔
جسٹس دوست محمد نے اپنی طبیعت کے مطابق مسکراتے ہوئے کہاکہ گاڈ فادر میں ایسا کچھ نہ تھا، اس میں ولن کا رنگ بھرا گیا، وہ تو ہیرو کا کردار تھا لوگوں کے مسائل حل کرتاتھا۔
جسٹس آصف کھوسہ نے کہاکہ یہی درخواست ہے کہ تبصرے ضرور کریں مگر فیصلہ پڑھ کر ایسا کریں۔ انہوں نے آف دی ریکارڈ کہہ کر بھی ایک سابق اٹارنی جنرل دوست کے بارے میں بتایا جو ٹی وی پر تبصرے کرتے ہیں۔ جسٹس آصف کھوسہ کے مطابق کسی جگہ ان سے سرراہ ملاقات ہوئی تو پوچھاکہ کیا آپ نے فیصلہ پڑھا ہے؟۔ تو سابق اٹارنی جنرل نے کیا آپ نے گاڈ فادر نہیں لکھا؟۔ جسٹس آصف کھوسہ نے کہاکہ وہ میرے پیارے دوست ہیں، دوسو ٹی وی پروگراموں میں کہہ چکے ہیں مگر میں نے فیصلے میں ایسا نہیں لکھا۔
عدالت نے جنگ گروپ کے تینوں جواب قبول کرتے ہوئے غلط ہیڈلائن، رپورٹر احمد نورانی کے جسٹس اعجازافضل کو فون اور آئی ایس آئی کو جے آئی ٹی کا انتظام سنبھالنے والی خبر پر جاری کیے گئے توہین عدالت کے تینوں نوٹس ڈسچارج کردیے۔
عدالتی حکم کے بعد اے آر وائے اور بول ٹی وی سے منسلک صحافی خاموشی کے ساتھ عدالت سے باہر نکل گئے۔ سپریم کورٹ کے باہرشاہراہ دستورپر اپنی گاڑی میں بیٹھتے ہوئے میرشکیل الرحمان نے شعیب شیخ اوربول ٹی وی کے صحافیوں کے سوالوں کے بارے میں بات کرتے ہوئے کہاکہ اللہ ان کی مشکلات میں آسان کرے، سب کی۔

It is such a blessing and an honor for us that we are witness to an era of Judges like honorable Justice Khosa and some of his colleagues sitting in SCP.

The Judges have displayed exemplary conduct, without vengence or animosity, that they themselves were made the target of by Geo/ Jang / The News mediocrity.

The judges have simply proved that they dont hold any personal grudges but rule on the merits of the evidence at hand.

The judges accepted on face value, the apology and explanation rendered by the accused and have given them benefit of a fair mistake instead of holding them accountable for their blatant sleaze and slander in the guile of investigative journalism and reporting on current affairs.

The fact that the Judges exposed some parts of the sleazeballs's rendered cunning explanations, contrary to their obvious and actual anterior motives to malign the judiciary, goes to show that the judges have knowingly but tactfully given them another chance to prove the very point.

Don't you worry @Farah Sohail - The sleazeballs like Ahmed Noorani and ShakeelurRehman can't help it. They shall surely not disappoint us in the near future.

I'm sure that this party can come up with any papers when left to its designs, according to the need of the hour ... Just like that ZafrulHaq report demanded by High court.

I am sure that the initial reluctance and eventual submission of Raja ZafarulHaq report on Khatm-e-Nabowat law changes, must have been submitted in high court after making required changes to make it harmless against any and all PMLN cronies.

This PM is not going anywhere unless Nawaz decides for him to commit political Harakiri.

I apologise for another lengthy wall of text but things need to be explained a bit from my pov.

Again, IKs part is contrary to what you have described as small one. It was only IK who kept speaking about Panama, even when PPP, JI and SRA went quite and no other PTI leader was interested in agitation after Dharna and APS massacre.

IK was the only Politician who never backed down and kept hounding Nawaz and family so much so that their nervousness turned into panic.

We are all nothing in front of our Almighty and the MakafateAmal we see happening to the Sharifs is what is resulting in mistake after mistake when their planning seems so sound to them.

I've always said that it is about MakafateAmal and exposition of everyone concerned is at display. Read the above line again...everyone.

It is the way the Sharifs got caught and exposed in front of the judiciary that even the staunchest supporter of Nawaz can legally do nothing but call them guilty or be exposed in history like Malik Qayyum e.g judges who denied Hudaibya reopening appeal.

I didn't hold this opinion earlier due to lack of knowledge and afterwards, not because of mere heresy.

My doubts started with lack of action against contempt of court and incitement against the State that matched that of Altaf Hussain.

Calling names for institutions like Army and intelligence since Lahore yatra that turned more and more towards just the judiciary. (MakafateAmal?)

In fact my eyes were opened by Rauf Klasra show that listed judgement after judgement by CJ as judge in favour of Nawaz back in those days.

Even if his verdicts in favour used to side with Nawaz in the past as the record shows, but the CJ proved that he is not a man who can go against the presence of such concrete evidence and lack of anything of significance in reply from accused that could save them. Add to it their forgeries and lies that alone are enough to turn any man of justice and integrity against the caught mafia.

Add to it the contempt of court and threats beings hurled at the Supreme court daily, so Nawaz and co have no one else but their own strategy to blame for their current predicament.

There is no escape from accountability in the long run for Sharifs either, a mere look at the names of CJs next in line is enough.

That leaves just one option for the corrupt gang, confrontation and annihilation. "Na khaidan gay na khaidan dayan gay".

They have tried to topple the COAS in the past with mixed results and failure in the case of Musharraf. They have successfully toppled the CJ of Supreme Court in the past though.
But the problem this time must have been finding another Ziauddin Butt and SaeeduZaman at the same time or this gang would have done it by now.

They will eventually try and do something along the lines when push comes to shove and no body should be naive enough to expect anything less from this billion dollar and well entrenched mafia.

I think he is taking the right steps as he has already sensed it.. Bringing opposition on streets means someone will have to think 10 times before taking any foolish steps..

Anyway, till now, they aren't finding the courage.. but given that the verdicts are near now, they have to options to save (i) their wealth, (ii) their status (iii) their independence..

Imagine what a cunning father can think and plan when he is seeing his dreams being shattered? And what a cunning daughter might have in her mind when she is thinking about going to jail or UK instead of PM house? with all the wealth in jeopardy?

They are ready to do anything.. that's why we are hearing the slogans like "Are you ready?" "Will you come out on roads?" and "will you side with me?"

Side with him for what? What is he planning? Of course they have planned to throw eggs and hurl shoes whenever they find honorable judges or their families.. This is one way to humiliate.. if they don't have many options left (which is the situation right now exactly)..
