Kiun ke Pakistan main law yehi hai ke oj cheez/evidence Sharif family ke against jaye..us par contempt lagni chahye..chahay woh senior most SC Judge ka verdict ho....lekin agar sharif family k against hai..tu us par contempt of court lagni chahye..ke kisi ki himmat kaisy hui...sharif family ke against kuch karnay ki...

Is liye koi hairaani nahi hogi agar basheera ne.....JIT report refer karnay par contempt of court ka keh diya ...

Going publicly against Nawaz is against the policy of Army to stay neutral. They are safeguarding their image of sabki fauj in the current polar political divide of pro and anti Nawaz.

That is why Hudaibya case was so vital. Look at the jubilation of Shahbaz. They have managed QFI to live to fight another day. Loving every program of Rauf Klasra just as much as you are.

Remember that some requests for assistance with foreign countries were pending at the time of JIT completion and Volume X was kept undisclosed at that time. I think JIT members, specially Wajid Zia, must have followed up on those requests in his personal capacity. No law against collecting evidence related to any investigation of wrong doings.

I dont think so... have u read IK's verdict? In tht verdict..CJ has explained panama verdict much better than Ejaz Afzal did on 28th July's verdict.. CJ has done full be izzati of NS in Imran Khan's verdict...like bohat ziada beizzati..which none expected..and explained how IK is not similar to panama case,. U must read it...

If he was sympathetic to Nawaz Sharif..even if he would have not disqualified IK..he wouldnt hv done soo much beizzati of NS as he did in IK verdict.. i loved CJ's verdict...

Plus..this bench for hearing petitions against election bill is a pretty decent one.. i like it

J Maqbool Baqar is the one..who dissented in orange train verdict..tht is against orange train project..against Punjab govt..even though panama judges allowed tht..oroject with certain restrictions..

Hudaibya bench was not led by Qazi Faez Isa but by J Mushir Alam..but yes Qazi Faez Isa was the most vocal and ghatya one,.

But follow up on those pending MLU had to be done by NAB aur suna tha ke NAB ko kuch reply aaye bhi hain...tu jo bhi new evidence hoga..NAB ke pass hoga..

JIT ka kaam tu khatam hogaya tha pehle.. Wajid Zia ne mazeed koi investigations ya follow up nahi karna tha...aur na hi karna chahye tha....warna ek aur sazish sazish ka shor mach jana hai aur inki zindagi alag museebat honi hai
