Again, I kept saying that the petitioners need to be proactive, don't let sharifs enjoy so much breathing space, don't let them any time to scheme, plan and manoeuvre the system. Keep asking the Judiciary to tighten the screws or be exposed as letting them get away.

There were so many excuses, contempt, inciting against state, DQed using state resources, even PM and Speaker calling the DQed still my PM. But as usual everybody was ball watching Instead of picking it up and throwing the stumps down, expecting the on filed Umpire to do the job of fielding side, while the batsman kept running and scoring runs. Why cry now if the batting side is refusing to come out on the field at all after scoring required runs. They should at least have asked the Panama bench to review its order and add to it that the defence be put on ECL to stop escaping trial court proceedings. This is what would have amounted to not letting the case end up in a Dark Alley. Then if the SCP had refused, let it be their legacy.

Also i will say that i can sense things getting tougher now. Ab court mein na pesh huay Ns and Co. to it will start effecting them. Time was being given purposely. Now things will get a bit tougher. Lets see. Coming two to three weeks will give us a better idea.

You know what? I dont want...detailed verdict to come any time soon.. Because i am seriously dreading it...
I honestly think..ke monitoring judge ka role.....us main restrict hoga... Judges have been repeatedly mentioning it in their remarks...ke hum ye point clarify kar dein ge aur monitoring judge bilkol trial par influence nahi honge...woh kuch khaas nahi karein ge.. Aap ka fair trial par asar nahi paray ga.. Meaning...ke sirf ziada se ziada ..woh ye dekhien ge ke timelines are met..... Ek dafa nahi....different judges mentioned it multiple times.. J Sheikh Azmat saeed ne tu Salman Akram Raja se yahan tak kaha tha..ke ab aap ko kia..bayan e halfi likh kar dein ke hum apnay verdict main ye point hum clear kar dein ge?

I think judges will surely mention it in their detailed verdict tht monitoring judge's basic role is just to ensure timelines are met..and thats it..nothing more than that...

Atleast jab tak...detailed verdict nahi aata..aur monitoring judge ka role..black and white main define /restrict nahi ho jaata..tab tak abstract hai....aur kahin na kahin yeh umeed tu hai ke shayad J Ijaz ul Ahsan ko ksii waqt hosh aajaye... Aur shayad woh kisi waqt koi action lenay ka sochein.. Doosri baat yeh.. Ke aaj aap ne accountability court ke judge ka attitude dekha? Normal cases main tu hota hai ke summons media par publicise bhi hojaye tab bhi enough samjhaa jaata hai.. Aaj ke summons tu judge sb count hi nahi karrahay.. Woh aisy le rahay hain ke jaisy ab tak unhon ne receive hi nahi kiye... Aaj jab NAB ne kaha ke security officer ne liye thay aur unhein hukum tha ke aap receive na karein tu kaha ke security officer ke summon nahi thay yeh.. 2 dafa ke baad warrant issue hotay hain.. Aaj wala summon tu count hi na karein.. Iske baad walay summons bhi agar judge sb summon count na karein ...ke hosakta hai..abba ne receive kia..betay ne kiun nahi kia? Matlab summon unko mila hi nahi..aisy bahaany banaaty rahay judge sb... tu hum kia kar lein ge.. Dekhye ga.. Aisy hi hoga.. Next hearing par bhi judge sb..NAB ko bura bhala bol kar..kahien ge ke dobara summon issue karein.. Ye wala aap ne betay ko kiun diya? Ye tu abba ko receive karna chahye tya.. Betay ko denay ki wajah se ..abba ko pata nahi chala....is liye ye summon bhi count na karein.. Dobara summon issue karein....aur judge sb bilkol bhool ajyein ke woh log khulay aam keh rahay hain ke hum appear nahi honge..

Time was purposely being given? Kis liye? Ke sab araam se bhaag jayein? Un logon ko koi takleef na ho?

NAB ki monitoring nahi ho rahi.. Jis ke liye monitoring judge lagay thay.. Tu yahan se bhi poora mauqa diya jaa raha hai ke NAB weak referenves file karay ke ye log bhi ba izzat bari hojayein baad main..

Monitoring judge ...pata nahi ..kis liye thay? Shayad awaam ko bewaqoof banaanay ke liye.. Aur ab tu detailed verdict main waisy hi unka role restrict ho jaana hai..

Yes... I agree with you... PTI and Sheikh Rashid should have gone in review.. Judges should have been under pressure from both sides.. But PTI seems to have lost interest in this case now.. They have stopped following it altogether, especially Imran Khan.. He seems totally dis interested now..

Exactly my hope despite the current despairing state of affairs... But if SRA gets another chance then he must push for appointment of monitoring bench on Hudaibya case. That would surely put things on the right track.
