Actually we were discussing whether SC will take any pressure. Here the case is entirely different. Faisal Mir didn't present any evidences in support of his application. Now what should we expect from SC? I would have done the same to be honest.

Yes, Qazi Faiz Esa seems to be a pro PMLN judge. He is even worst than Justice Ejaz Afzal. Actually, Justice Ejaz used to raise valid legal concerns. Qazi Faiz Esa is giving irrelevant remarks.
Yes.. Lack of evidence was the issue...atleast as far as Justce Gulzar was concerned.. Because he did ask...ke aap assets ka keh rahay hian lekin jab hum pooch rahay hain..tu aap koi evidence nahi de rahay? He did talk abt panama case too tht salary was the issue.. He didnt use to bring valid legal points...infact jab ke doosray judges sharf family ke lawyers ko grill kartay thay,l,woh ek dum se side le liya kartay thay..kisi bhi illogical baat se.l i stll think he had a huge huge spft corner for sharif family.. Inthink he changed after threats from Nihal hashmi and other PML N leaders..during JIT's proceedings.. He had a change of heart then.. But b4 tht..he used to bring anything..jo matter how illogical..in favor of sharf family.. Never once gave remark against sharfs..
But Qazi Faiz Isa...remarks aisy detay hain..jaisy corruption ke bhtt ziada against hon..lekin verdict kabhi nahi detay.. Chairman NAB ko kuch nahibkartay lekin Irfan Mangi ko mulzim banaana chahtay hain..aur uss case main..jis main Irfan Manginko mukzim banaana chahtay hian..main accused ko...bail de detay hain.l. Dr asim ko ECL se hataa detay hain..
I think ..if i have to compare Qazi faez Isa with someone.. I would compare him with Sheikh Azmat Saeed..woh bhi baatein bari bari kartay hain lekin verdict...remarks se match nahi karta .. J sheikh Azmat Saeed pehle wali hearing main Justice Khosa se bhi ziada strict remarks detay thay......Qazi Faez Isa bhi baatein bari bari kartay hain lekin verdict us se match nahin karta..
Atleast Ejaz Afzal is better in one sense..ke if he is sympathetic towards someone..it clearly shows in his remarks too.. Woh tab baatein bari bari nahi kartay.. We can judge his verdict form his remarks..ke woh kia soch rahay hain? Jab ke Qazi Faez Isa especially aur Sheikh Azmat Saeed baatein bari bari kar ke popular hona chahtay hain lekin verdict ...match nahi karta..
