That is what i have been saying as this makes sense. A separate body to monitor JIT but the final findings should be presented to those who actually ASKED for them in the first place and then they can decide. A new panel means back to square one. Also the two judges who are already convinced that NS is not eligible for the office may not be required to be part of that bench. There vote is already on record and accounted for. However they being part of that process conclude it officially will also be appropriate.

Review ka NS ko koi faida nai, just delaying tactics. That also shows that PMLN is far from happy or satisfied from the verdict. This should not be if they have any little common sense.


See this @PakSword this is the perception that needs to be changed. This is what PMLN wanted by staging that drama of celebrations and were quite successful in that. Even our educated and well informed members here on the forum were quite pissed and it took some time to realize that the only possible summary of the verdict is:

1. Two judges think NS is a dishonest man and is involved in corruption and must be disqualified
2. Three judges think that NS have not been able to provide ANY justification of the properties and have been misguiding the nation but the matter need further investigation so that the case can be resolved meeting all the requirements of justice system. For that, the want a team to further probe into the matter

With no single entity endorsing NS's BS claims, it is absolutely not in favor of PMLN at all.

Goining in appeal is just face saving if . Pml n deceides to do that.
Otherwise it means they accept verdict as us. Including allegations of being dishonest godfather

As i always say now, do remember that this struggle and the voice you raise is for the COUNTRY and the future of this nation. It is Pakistan vs The corrupt, never forget that and it will give you strength to stand up to it and never lose hope. That is what PMLN is desperately trying to do, to kill our hopes for a better Pakistan so we can remain there slaves for ever!! Just don't let it happen please. PDF walon ke ya CJ ke na maannay se un 2 judges ki respect kam nahi hojayegi... Allah ne agar un judges ki izzat likhi hai...tu isay accept kar lein. Jo acha kaam karay ga..uski izzat hogi..

You know, you should not blame anyone without proofs.. I pointed to you earlier about some "Allah par Buhtan Bandhnay" wali baat as well.. Now you are saying that I KEEP PROPAGATING anti PA policy.

You are very recent addition, and probably don't know that people sometimes call me boot licking person.. Before passing your judgment that someone is continuously propagating something, try to read his previous posts..

Just like we criticize politicians, there should be no harm in criticizing anyone including any institution.. Our SC criticized NAB Chairman, PM, FBR Chairman etc etc.. that was fine in your eyes, when a particular institution makes a mistake, you ask people to keep mum.. Isn't this called hypocrisy?

No one is appointed by Allah here or is Masoom.. Ghalat baat karaingay, criticism bardaasht karna parega.. sahi baat karaingay, tareef hogi.. 90% of the times tareef suntay hain tou 10% criticism bhi bardaasht karna parega..

Kal ko NAB chairman sab ka ehtesaab karega.. main uss ko defend karnay main sab se aagay honga.. agar woh kahega ke main ehtisaab nahi karsakta tou main shayad pehla shakhs honga jo uss ko criticize karega..

Qaumain isi tarha taraqqi karti hain... Har cheez grand plan ka part nahi hoti..

As far as respect goes I will not comment on this but only will tell you that stop making distinctions between the judges based on your preconceived notions.

I can tell you for myself..tht those two judges are the reason..tht I havent lost faith in our country and its instituitions completely... They are the reason..tht I have been posting here..since panama verdict..with still somewhat sane mind.. They have retained my little hope in our country and its instituitions still..these two judges have stopped me from going to complete depression regd faith of our country... So, i feel indebted to them personally

And please.....not everything is part of grand plan....

I expect tht ppl should have no objections, if we praise those two judges.... Is se kisi ka kia jaa raha hai? Atleast there should be....this much freedom of expression here...

While I agree with you.. I want to add that we should raise awareness about what's right and what's wrong.. We should also tell them who is doing what on the face and behind the curtains... This is the only way forward.
