Can't tell yet, Israel isn't being clear about the cease fire, there is still israeli military activity over Gaza and they've called up reserves to man their missile systems.

1 rocket landed in Israel fired by DFLP but right now it's largely peaceful.

No it isn't, Iran controls Hezbollah but not Hamas nor Islamic Jihad, this is related to repeated Israeli violations of the cease fire and incursions.

It doesn't matter where they get funding from, they choose what to do with their weapons and it's to defend the rights of the Palestinian people at appropriate times.
