Pakistan says, we must talk and resolve all issues including Kashmir.
India replies....
Day,1: we are ready to discuss everything including Kashmir....
Day,2: No talks until all the terrorism stops.....
Day,3: No Third party involvement acceptable...
Day,4: Let's talk about trade and terrorism for now ....
Day,5: Kashmir is an integral part of India.....and the Indian circus continues.

India has always mentioned these 5 positions

We can talk about trade, Kashmir talks means Pakistan ending terrorism - that it is an integral part of India is a well established bipartisan doctrine and no party in India will ever deviate from it, Ever since Shimla agreement was signed we have maintained that no 3rd party mediation, no talks if terrorism continues is also a well-established policy of India.

Basic contours of Indo-Pak talks from the Indian point of view
1 End terrorism for talks to start
2 Talks on Kashmir will be limited only to sustainable end to terrorism including all terrorist training camps and extradition of terrorists like Hafiz Saeed
3 Talks on trade, people to people contact, CBMs like ceasefire agreements etc can take place
4 No third party mediation will be allowed in these talks

If and only if Pakistan agrees to these contours the talks can take place.

I am not aware about the basic contours from the Pakistani Point of View. I would like you to list them if there are any.

What Pak does to promote terror is having a reverse effect on Pak's society and is radicalising it's young population. Promoting terror in the valley by Pak can be neutralized by Indian army. We will wait for a day when your radical young will self destruct or the country goes out of steam and succumb to world economic order.
