If the Army needs the Governments permission then how did the Kargil war start? The Prime Minister Sharif said he never gave any permission.

The problem in Pakistan is that the Army runs the government instead of the government running the Army. If Musharraf wants to use strategic weapons against any country, who is there to stop him? He is the President and also the head of the armed forces.

The Pakistani Nuclear programe is controlled by special organisation of Pakistan and no politics can be used against it is therefore it cant be destabilized. Propoganda this report is from 2003 and the US doesnt supply Nuclear weapons to India that would be stupid that line doesn't make any sense.

Its useless to discuss with you unless you know the powers of Musharraf. Calling him a simple dictator doesn't make your points viable to be discussed.
