Pakistan’s Cutting Edge Technology On Display

such type of robotic weaponry and drones have one big flaw ... their remote controlled frequencies could be detected which could convert them in to a risk for example ...

nothing is error proof or perfect. such mishaps like the captured American drone by Iranians leads to further improvements minimising or negating such mishaps from happening again.

MG's butt stock n grip needs to go to achieve more stability, strengthening the design by a wider back will take some of that recoil.
Better option is to stick the guns on a hovercraft.

Is the name RATTLER derived from its loud rolling sound that will alert the enemy that something is approaching their position? Looks like a basic system, a little unstable for hilly terrain & limited capacity to carry the ammunition container on board

Pakistan’s NRTC produced “Rattler’’ remote controlled Gun and Grenade firing robots been put through their paces.

What is so great about these simple robots? Even a high schooler can build these in Robotic class...just attaching a gun to a robot. We need to stop living in 2000's and start working on next generation robots. Please change the title from "cutting edge technology" to old and simple robotic technology.

These will have limited use in a wide scale warfare as some are suggesting and can not be truly deployed in harsh terrains (like the Paf/Aghan border for eg).
I think these systems will really earn their keep when having to clear buildings, caves, hideouts etc where insurgents are dug in and any assault would lead to a lot of casualties. We all know what happened when the military had to clear the terrorists from Lal Masjid. Lot of soldiers laid down their lives in that operation, which have we had these robots (even if rudamentary), could have saved a lot of lives.

Its performance depends upon high quality sensors which can detect and focus enemy I think we should supply these to kashmir freedom fighters
