ISLAMABAD: According to a Gallup survey, Pakistanis are ahead of the people of 24 countries of the world in patriotism.
As many as 90 percent Pakistanis expressed their deep association with the country and 96 percent Pakistanis are ready to defend their country in the wake of a war and 70 percent Pakistanis do not want to leave the country despite having good opportunities abroad.
It has been revealed in the surveys of Gallup Pakistan and Worldwide Independent Network of Market Research. In these surveys, over 19,000 people of 24 countriesparticipated and in Pakistan 500 to 1,300 people became part of this exercise, which was carried out from March 16, 2022 to March 23, 2022 and from April 5, 2022 to April 8, 2022.
In the ratio of the people having deep love for the country, Pakistanis are ahead of the other nations as 90 percent Pakistanis express deep affiliation with the motherland while only one percent say they have affiliation with the country to some extent and 8 percent say they do not feel any association with the country. If aggregate average of the 24 countries is viewed, 63 percent express their deep association with the country, 20 percent show association to some extent while 14 percent express no affiliation with the country.
After Pakistan, in Finland 87 percent, in Canada 82 percent, in Japan 78 percent people are deeply affiliated with their country. As per Gallup survey, 70 percent Pakistanis say that they will not leave the country despite better opportunities abroad while 26 percent Pakistanis show their willingness to go abroad. One youngster among three shows his desire to go abroad in case of better opportunity abroad. In survey, 96 percent Pakistanis express their readiness for the defence of the country while three percent refused to do so.
Among 24 countries, 45 percent people showed their readiness for defence of the country while 36 percent refused to do so. After Pakistan, 85 percent people in Turkey expressed readiness for the defence of the country. In the wake of war, 68 percent people in the Netherlands refused to defend the country and 48 percent people in Japan appeared doing nothing for the country’s defence.

but our pak army leadership is supporting unpopular imported government in pakistan and losing 96% nation popularity, who is the loser in this situation.

Yes the land belongs to locals, not the British. And the locals decided to form Pakistan, not the British. You can have buyer's remorse but there are no refunds unless you want to go the Bengali way.

I want Pakistani's to be more Pakistani's, not Americans, Not Iranians, not Saudi's, or Palestinians, all these people have their own country which they are loyal to and love, only a Pakistan will cut throat of other Pakistani's for Iranian Mullah or Saudi dollar, Only a Pakistan burn cars of his fellow Pakistani for Palestinian protest.

That's not how things work. Pakistanis will always be supporting one international cause or the other. National discipline is another topic. Pakistan doesn't exist in a vacuum. America that you admire is involved in more international conflicts than all other countries for example.

Getting involved in conflict does not mean Americans don't care about America. Pakistani's don't care about their own people and their own country rather cut throats of their own fellow countrymen for other countries. And I am not talking about soldiers, I am talking about people, common civilians. Pakistani's don't respect their own laws, Pakistan politicians, judges, Generals are most of them duel National hence their loyalty is divided, for making money they become Pakistani's, but to store that looted money they become British.

Yes Pakistan and Pakistanis have problems, no one is denying that. But those problems are not consequences of supporting various international causes. As is evident with the American example or many other countries.

Because it's the leading power today, and one of the cornerstones of American supremacy is the network of alliances America has. And to resist American hegemony, regional powers also need to form robust alliances, and to do that you have to support their causes. For example Russia and China are moving closer to do just that. Iran and China is another example. Iran and Venezuela and so on. Basic geopolitics and all.

Don't let politics dictate you views and mood. Bangladesh got a refund because of unique geographical situation and overt treason, for those of us who are here, refund really isn't an option. Pakistan is bigger than the political drama which seems to have upset many here.
