If you studied well in UG days , you dont need to join full course. but you have studied only for MBBS exams. you need to. I am just going for TnD . not bcoz i have studied well in ug days , but bcoz i cannot read in that class room style again. btw I am getting < 50 ranks in Dams all india exams.

.if you compare india -pak.. india always better..
if ou compare india - western country like spain .. we lag by far margin..
i know its not right comparison but always keep bar higher..as even if you cant achieve .. in failure too you win a lot.

As far as I know every modern medical technique available in the west is also available in India albeit in very few places like AIIMS and Apollo. But the thing is shortage of specialist doctors and lack of skilled people to man the hi-tech equipment means there is long waiting lines for non-emergency treatments, sometimes people are made to wait for months before treatment. Because of this rich Indians prefer to travel to the west to avoid long waits.

Its just a name game.An engineer who is doing some research will be called as researcher or scientist,Doesnt change anything on ground.Same theory applies here.Call him doctor or anything doesnt change the fact that i said.

Most of the people involved in genome mapping are not from medical profession btw.

Majority of doctors are practitioners. If a country has excellent medical college, it will have excellent doctors. R&D can be done by other countries and has no bearing on their skill.

another thing, most engineers are not scientists, some engineers might become but most dont.

A 10th Pass does not get to map a genome unless he clears a few higher degrees in relevant areas. You ought to have said MBBS doctors don't map genomes.
