Men of talent have to follow the same laws as men without talent. Pakistanis with or without talent cannot enter India through Hyderabad because there is no dedicated processing center for them. Rahet Fateh ali khan was sent back to Abu Dhabi and arrived in Hyderabad a day later...he was not denied entry, he just had to do it the right way through an authorized processing center in Delhi.
