That looks more like a cropped portion of the Passo Del Stelvio, but I am not sure about this.

The cars are on the wrong side of the road to be in Pakistan.

nah, Pakistanis in naran don't care which side they are on unless there is a queue built up

But the mountain topography suggests older mountains than the younger ones in northern Pakistan. My guess would be an Alpine pass, Julier may be, but again, I am not sure.

I shall check and get back. at times like this I wish we had krash (familiar with northern Pakistan) here

I used to go up there (Northern Pakistan) a lot back in the day, but there has been a lot of development since the last time I had the time to do that.

The two roads do not match, different shoulders and terrain along the portions shown, at least.
