Pakistani prisoner Shakirullah's brain, heart removed in India: post-mortem report

I already gave you excerpts from the international code of conduct on how to treat foreign bodies...india wants to break international law, so be it
Sorry, there isn't any. You're beating around bush when you know there is no valid law that can be quoted here apart from Indian law.

You went around Geneva convention which doesn't apply in here. He wasn't a prisoner as a result of armed conflict.
That I pointed out you are wrongfully quoting IHL, as Geneva convention, which again have no mention of it. Irrespective of it's a person of non-Indian origin, the fact that he died in Indian soil makes it completely within our rights to do the procedure in whichever way we deem fit.

The points to note are :
  • Was his body disfigured, post mortem? No
  • Any evidence of post mortem mutilation? No
You are arguing simply based on fact that, his brain and heart is not there. A clear explanation was given as to why.
Last is, can we take his brain and heart during autopsy? Yes

Should it be returned? No

Was there a law violated? Yes, it is illegal to murder a prisoner.

Did the guards on duty didn't provide him adequate security? They didn't, and are responsible for it.

Did Republic of India committed a crime was it a state sponsored action? No

.
What to call when something is not officially out??
waiting list!

It is not like NOTHING is out...some stuff out...and we will keep putting pressure on india to supply us with that report otherwise ...questions are being asked and in the right direction :agree:

Geneva convention isnt only for arm conflict...

  • Was his body disfigured, post mortem? No
  • Any evidence of post mortem mutilation? No
How can you conclude without the report? :pop:

This is called being blind...

Were the tables turned...india would have made a drama out of this!

You are supposed to conclude that. :pop:We gave you the body after postmortem. No reports of us doing a sloppy job at autopsy. The body is presentable. Apart from what your media perceived as heinous act of taking brain/heart. (Out of ignorance prolly)

This is called being blind...
Clearly, this speak for yourself.

Were the tables turned...india would have made a drama out of this!
Yeah, we can speculate, would've, should've, could've. But the tables are were it is supposed to be, and we did everything by the books when it comes to returning the body of the diseased.

.
Clearly spoken like someone who doesn't have medical facilities in his own country and has to beg Sushma aunty for visas. You clearly don't know how an autopsy is conducted.
You clearly spoken like someone who has no defence forums in his country and good pilots too:lol:

Because indians really lack these two things along with 2 others (oo)

No need to pressurize.
Police are bound to give post mortem reports to courts .
I don't know the due procedures to be followed for giving reports to other countries
I think as a party in the case pakistan is also bound to have it's copy, just find yourself a good lawyer
