During the aerial attack by Pakistan Air Force on Indian positions on February 27, Pakistani Mirage jets fired 11 missiles on the Indian Army posts along the Line of Control but could not hit any of them.

Top sources said that the bombs fired in the attack included the H4 SOW bombs which can be fired from around 100 km at ground targets.

Pakistan has used 24 F-16, J-17 and Mirage-3 fighter planes in the attack on Indian positions which could not cause any substantial damage on ground apart from causing injury to a civilian.

The remains of the Pakistani Air Force missiles including the AMRAAM and the bombs dropped by them have been collected by the Indian Army posts and troops deployed in different locations and handed them over to Air Force for further probe.

The remains of the AMRAAMs were used by the Indian Air Force to be shown as the evidence to the international community and the American government that Pakistan used the F-16s in violation of American laws prohibiting them to be used by them against India.

The sources said the Indian Army posts intended to be hit by the Pakistani Air Force were fortunate to not have been hit.

The February 27 airstrikes underlined the importance of the Rafale fighter for the Air Force.

No need to spread Indian propaganda. Believe me they would have denied if all of them would have struck right into the Army posts. ISPR clearly mentioned on first day that all targets were locked and then payload was deliberately delivered to empty spaces just to make a point.

ISPR needs to come out and counter such bullshit. Our media is totally incapable of war reporting.

There is a good reason why your media is not allowed to do actual war reporting and why the PA plays the role of a war reporter in pakistan

Its like the chinese govt. informing the chinese citizens how much the world admires them, Till they (chinese citizens) find the internet and get shocked. Then they have to be controlled using "social credit score" and "re-education camps".

But why 11 standoff weapons to hit open land? Waste of resources

.
That was to show that we could target you deep but if any military installation could have been hit by bombings then it could have escalated the situation which we don't wanted although it could have been targeted on the installations.

.
What is the point publishing this when ISPR within minutes of strikes said we didn't intended to hit military targets. it was just a message that we can also breach air space and hit on other side.

Thats SOW weapons needed live testing and it has proven its abilities that it can go beyond LOC and distroy targets.

Wonder why noone has used Sat images to check and confirm Pakistan's strike, similar to how they did in Balakot. We might have actually hit a few target on purpose

.
The question is Pakistan crossed LoC and bombed Indian army targets, a brigade hq, a battalion hq. Why is India not retaliating?
