NO, a plebiscite was not held in Hyderbad(Deccan) unlike Junagadh. Hyderbad was annexed,A military operartion was launched under the code name 'OPERATION POLO' . But if a plebiscite was held in Hyderabad(Deccan) the result would have been in India's favour. Hyderabad(Deccan) had more then 80% Hindu population during 1947

And this is why India is not so much a democracy, as a fascist nation.
India and Pakistan had a deal. The kings will vote to go to India or Pakistan (both agreed that no one will get to be independent). Hyderabad and a few other Hindu majority places said they will go with Pakistan. But they are Hindu majority and it would defeat the purpose of partition. So like the gracious people that we are, we let India take them. However, when it came to reply in kind, Indians, being the snakes that they are decided to cause a multi generational conflict over Kashmir due to their greed and presumably, small penis size.

India could have had no issues with Pakistan had it not been the insecure darkies that they are and let Pakistan have the Muslim majority area, like Pakistan let it have the Hindu majority areas.
