Proof lies buried in those 6000 of mass graves recently discovered in IOK.Lady must approach UNHRC to get those graves dug up by GOI to search her missing husband.It might be possible that her hubby might have inadvertently crossed LOC and systematically captured and killed by indian forces.

similarly......just because some geelani says a lakh kashmiri muslims have been killed..thousands have gone missing, thousands have been raped does not make it true.....let him find the bodies of all the lakh killed, let those thousands who have been missing come and say they had been kidnapped by indian forces...let those thousands of women who were alleged to be raped provide proof that they have indeed been raped by indian sec forces.....then that would be something......


similarly we can say mickey mouse is responsible for all the missing persons and rape....wont make it true unless some one provides the evidence and proof for those accusations....

Gilani and IOK people have proof to point to ie graves Goi have not denied their existence.GoI's refusal to DNA testing proves GOI and its army is guilty of wrong doings in kashmir hence its hiding a lot.

You can't. If Geelani said that for an individual case I would understand. But its been thoroughly proven through William Baker, through Human rights activists, through Indian Army's own confessions and trials, through mass graves.

unless someone conclusively prove that those massgraves are indeed of the kashmiris and they were infact killed by the indian sec forces....all you have is a bunch of allegation...similar to the onebrought forth by the lady......playing with words wont help...

and as for the bolded part....nope...they are not "thoroughly proven"....all we have are allegations....mere allegations.....

Nobody is accusing India without any proof. Moreover - the issue with India is no that they are committing human rights violations thats a thing on the side,

i repeat....there are allegations that india indulged in hr violation in kashmir....like the allegations pak army faces in its part of kashmir and balochistan.....

the main issue is that they are not allowing the Kashmiris a right to self-determination. Because all indications prove that they will determine against India.

Who knows the guy may have links with some banned militant outfit and the wife now giving this version to save his arse by making a hue & cry. He can't be just the sole person in whole Pak Kashmir to have renounced the freedom movement in Indian occupied Kashmir. Then why he got only caught for this ?? Why not others.


It reminds me of a funny story which happened just 4-5 days back, one of the cashier in my organization did a huge amount fraud and is since in hiding and to our amazement, his wife went to the police station the very same day he went AWOL from office and registered an FIR in the police station that her husband has been kidnapped by our organization to make him a scapegoat for the fraud.

The guy must be having contacts with militant outfit, and thus held, now wiffy comes and making a hue & cry to make him innocent.

according to asim aquils logic, indian govt need not do anything....its upto the accuser to fully and thoroughly investigate, get the proof through whatever process and then convince others that his/her allegation are indeed true......

This hogwash of right to self determination has been laid to rest as far as India is concerned while Pak continues to flog a dead horse.
