In case of Pakistan and India, first two categories will take time to bear fruit, but third one will work instantly. We need a common enemy and a BIG one, a real big threat, that make us stand together whatsoever. For example Godzillas emerge from the pacific ocean in dozens, or a strange creature appears from the desert that eat human flesh or an army of vampires that suck human blood, or aliens have come that turn man into wood. A real complication and matter of life and death and survival.

If, for a moment, we imagine that the particular giant threat has come. Why wait for some external one, when salvation lies within. Leave past behind and start work together from now on.

Why not pak-bangla friendship. Bangaldesh is 10 time better than india.

Nope, we should neither befriend them nor make an enemy of them.

Why not pak-korea friendship.
why not pak-srilanka friendship.
why not pak-japan friendship.
why not pak-sudan/palestine/Iraq Friendship.

Why not Pakistan-Pakistan friendship? More Pakistanis die at the hands of their own countrymen due to sectarian, ethnic, and lingual differences, so lets work to bridge these differences between ourselves first, otherwise which nation would want to befriend a nation of beggars, target killers/hitmen, suicide bombers, and illiterate feudal land owners? And how did i almost forget corrupt politicians and bureaucrats!

Friendship with india is nothing but waste of time and energy. Dosti on blood of 1 million people ? shame. Shame. shame.

While it will be very very slow because of political issues to improve state to state ties, its very easy for Indians and Pakistanis to get along abroad.

May be there is some learning there.

In straight south Indians and NEasterners have nothing to do with Pakistan , so they are eternal enemy for us in India as well as in abroad. Our north Indian brothers want good relationship with Pakistan may because of language or cultural similarity and they having soft corner towards Pakistani but we are totally against anykind of relationship with them. Even if you seal those borders its quite ok for us.

thats strange..when did north indians started to think that south indians as enemies..im south indian and i seek strong friendship with pakistan..if u want similarities try and visit hyderabad..anyways im least bothered coz ur nt an indian

dosti braber vallo may hoti hai. and as far as pak india concerned india is way to big and pakistan way too little. no matter what we do pakistanis will always b supecious of us much like bangladeshis. india should seek friendship with china instead we can learn a lot from them. pakistani and indians should try to normalise relations. thats it. if we couldnt live side by side in 1947 how can we b friends now. sad but truth

I agree with this. Jammuites (esp Dogras) are very nationalistic and love India, ladakhis are kinda indifferent but they too hate kashmiri hegemony. Even Jammu muslims dont give a fuk about independence. We just want Jammu to develop
