............. haha... o yar he is under treason trial... what worse can happen??
now he is an absconder, more dangerous than ever, Court should order shot and terminate him at sight as he holds national secrets
That will be fine and justified if he resists arrests, however, I'm talking about post arrest, he shouldn't be kept exposed. National security will be highly compromised.
No not at all. yesterday he was bailed out in BB case and also his absconding tag was removed.
this is funny that lawyers are taking personal revenge.
anyway the judges dint order arrest of Nawaz Sharif for attack on SC.
he remained out of the country for a long time, may have already done that...
that was then, this is now ... face it
The spokesman for Pervez Musharraf, Reza Bokhari has denied reports that the former dictator fled a Sindh courthouse after the judge cancelled his bail and ordered his arrest.
“He has not fled the court. He was escorted by a heavy establishment of Pakistani security. In the face of heightened security threat, it was enhanced. He has not fled from court, its a misrepresentation”, said Bokhari to CNN-IBN.
Bokhari also lambasted the decision by the lower court judge, saying that the court had clearly not ‘acted with wisdom’. “This I am sure has come as a surprise to him and his legal team. The court should have followed precedence. Musharraf will appeal against the verdict where the judge in his inferior wisdom has taken the decision”, he said.
“Musharraf’s next step is going to be in the confines of the law”, he added.
The former President will in all likelihood apply for bail in the Islamabad High Court.
His spokesman also denied speculation that Musharraf had returned to Pakistan under a deal.
The case in question is based on an FIR against the retired general registered in August 2009 on the complaint of Chaudhry Mohammad Aslam Ghumman advocate, according to Pakistani newspaper Dawn.
“He had asked the police to initiate legal proceedings against Musharraf for detaining over 60 judges, including Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, after proclamation of a state of emergency in the country on 3 November, 2007″, the report added.
That will be fine and justified if he resists arrests, however, I'm talking about post arrest, he shouldn't be kept exposed. National security will be highly compromised.
