Actually in Delhi too, you will get the movie ticket from rs 100 to rs 1400, which means 2300 pkr, the most costliest theater in Delhi is Directer's Cut.

But for me I watch most of the movie in Big Cinemas Odeon.

It was also the case in pakistan until 90s, my friends used to bunk their colleges in those days all the times to watch movies of pakistani actors babar ali, rambo, saud , shan etc. , now pakistani film industry is crap and new films are only for multiplexes which are restricted only to three cities Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. In rest of pakistan whatever cinemas are still left are single screen (most have been demolished or converted to business centres or stage theatres) and they screen old hollywood or punjabi movies in punjab and pashto movies in kpk.

Just 55million PR, wow thats less than 1/2 of what lead role in Indian movies takes away.
Good economies, probably the talent cost is low, which keeps overall cost very low.

I guess the increase in multiplexes is due to the demand for bollywood and hollywood movies.

Hollywood movies at least the major hits of the respective years have been screened all over pakistan for past many decades.

They usually don't dub , most of the times these hollywood movies are action movies of Arnold, Sylvestor stallone, Bruce willis , Van dem or any other action movies that are major releases of the year. I personally watched many hollywood movies in Lahore and Gujranwala when they were internationally released like Mummy and Lara croft : Tomb raider in 2001. Most of the young educated paksitanis prefer to watch hollywood movies over indian or pakistani movies.

All of the hollywood movies screened in pakistani cinemas are action or adventure oriented, people aren't really bothered about the language as they are more interested in watching the scenes rather than being interested in what actors talk to each other in those movies.

I actually watch most of the hollywood movie in theater- the whole harry potter series, Dark Knight trilogy, Hunger games series, and specially movie of christopher nolan and of tom cruise, I watch in theater.

In our state, Hollywood movies have very less market. Its increasing steadily. People prefer to watch Regional movies. Actually Hollywood dubbed movies are screened more than the Bollywood movies in towns.

Yes it helps the movie industry. But there should be more than that See the case of Kannada movie industry. Though there are enough theaters and people to watch movies, its lagging behind other south film units. They even banned dubbing movies more other languages (Only direct releases are allowed, No dubbing in to Kannada).
How far is movie actors influence in society in Pakistan?
In India especially in South movie actors have huge impact directly, indirectly, and politically.
