Actually in Delhi too, you will get the movie ticket from rs 100 to rs 1400, which means 2300 pkr, the most costliest theater in Delhi is Directer's Cut.
But for me I watch most of the movie in Big Cinemas Odeon.
Life Style?? Really? So, in your cities, students dont bunk the school or college to watch the movies?
Just 55million PR, wow thats less than 1/2 of what lead role in Indian movies takes away.
Good economies, probably the talent cost is low, which keeps overall cost very low.
Whats the avg ticket price in a multiplex?
But the question is, does adding theaters solely improves the quality of Pakistani movies?Pakistan barely have 70 screens, many multi plexes are underconstruction. It will take at least decade before real revival of Pak cinema. 100 screens will be added in coming years.
''At present, around 100 new multiplex cinema houses are either under construction or in the pipeline all over the country with investment estimated at Rs10 billion.''

I guess the increase in multiplexes is due to the demand for bollywood and hollywood movies.
What other important steps are taken by government and movie industry?
Do they dub Hollywood movies for pakistan releases.
If not then i am sure what kind of hollywood movies must be there for past many decades
what does that mean even?1 dollar = 98 PKR..
1 dollar = 60 INR.
I was just kidding. I don't like dawood ibrahim.
They usually don't dub , most of the times these hollywood movies are action movies of Arnold, Sylvestor stallone, Bruce willis , Van dem or any other action movies that are major releases of the year. I personally watched many hollywood movies in Lahore and Gujranwala when they were internationally released like Mummy and Lara croft in 2001. Most of the young educated paksitanis prefer to watch hollywood movies over indian or pakistani movies.
Good to know that, but does it farewell outside cities or educated mass, ie. general public?

Even in rural Pakistan?Hollywood movies at least the major hits of the respective years have been screened all over pakistan for past many decades.
Yes it helps the movie industry. But there should be more than that See the case of Kannada movie industry. Though there are enough theaters and people to watch movies, its lagging behind other south film units. They even banned dubbing movies more other languages (Only direct releases are allowed, No dubbing in to Kannada).Waar is biggest grossing movie so far in Pak despite many bollywood releases since then. Its clear increase of cinemas will help Pakistani industry.
