I think Pakistanis need to step away from "soft" sports like Cricket and go into more physical sports like boxing where I think we will fare much better.

Pakistan should keep its position in Cricket as well. At the same time it should now start focusing on other sports.

Clearly you're the butt hurt one lobbing personal attacks at me. What I think is my opinion and I'm free to express here.

You're probably a gora wannabe delusional feminist moron. Color me surprised.
Personal attack? where? You are not expressing your opinion you are just spewing frustration. Am not a feminist while tell me what is wrong with wanna be gora ?

Pakistanion ko Mubarak ho. Watan ki beti ne sab ko khush kar dia.

:pakistan: it's great to see Pakistani women becoming independent and not allowing insecure men tell them how to live their life.

Good for her, I guess. Not sure what she's trying to prove.

Andhow exactly does this help the average Pakistani on the street?
You need to get with the times. This is only going to be more common. Women are making their own decisions.

Such a magnetic personality. ;)
His gravitational pull is too strong

Why even have such silly contests unless the lifters are doing something extraordinary? I warm up on the bench with what she's squatting.

Get some heavy weight women in there and see what they can do.

Amazing how a weightlifting Pakistani woman has made you people feel insecure.

I can easily do barbell rows, barbell bicep curls and lot of other stuff with the weight she is lifting, but does that matter here or is it even relevant? She competed in 57 kg weight category against similar women ........ and won the gold medal ....... digest it or leave it.

PS: I have seen a lot of people warming up in gym, in fact its my own daily routine. And an idiot who tries to warm up with 25 kg plates on each side of the rod in a bench press ......... hardly knows the game.

. .
she is beautiful and talented . congratulations to her
