Yes..they have to opt for either telugu or hindi...but opting for hindi wouldnt be a problem as hindi is taught in schools in kashmir..kashmiris can read and write hindi...anyway they study in english medium schools..hindi is just one subject out of 6 subjects.

Well there are some very popular shrines there, wasn't that long ago my Mum wanted to go to India, to visit some mosque/shrine through word of mouth.. I had to explain to her how dangerous India has become in recent years (she's ignorant of what's been happening in the region) due her being brought up here in the UK...

I think there are similar hospitals in Pakistan as well and people need to make more. If we have SKMCH for cancer, we can also have one for heart and in fact it is much cheaper to operate.
But read the article, they did not go there for a medical treatment. Just read the article

I don't know for sure but number of people going to India for medical purposes has decreased in the recent years. This particular family was there to meet with their relatives and not for medical.
