It was difficult to impose martial law or chowkidar was coward
But yeh ab Karachi main jharo dainay ki baat horahi hai
Zardari can buy properties in foreign countries but he doesn't have enough money to clean Karachi this is the problem

And if half of Karachi is already under army then Sindh government should give rest of the Karachi to the federal government and then no one would blame Zardari or Billo

corruption and looting of national wealth was always matter of national security it is job of security agencies to safeguard Pakistan from internal and external threats and Corruption and corrupt leaders are internal security threat but but but to our surprise they were allowed to loot freely they were given free hand to train armed malatia and murder Pakistanis!! why were they allowed to destroy Pakistan!!

I visited Karachi 3 years ago.My cousin was studying in Dawood Uni.I went with him to see his uni. One section of his Uni. was under Rangers control.They had a whole setup there(from armory to barber shop).Guns were lying around.Rangers walking among the students.The operation was almost at end. My cousin showed me a ground.There were patches bared soil on the ground.My cousin told on these patches there used to be punjabi,sindi,pashto,etc camps.these groups would gang up on each other every other day.The first thing rangers did was to uproot these camps.
The point is,this was the condition of a Uni.If military would have interfered without political consent,these parties would have easily stoked ethnic violence which could have been out of control for everyone.

The so called "Pakistan Establishment" and PPP are part of the same coin. There are NO nasty surprises waiting since these people know each other very, very well. PPP specifically Zardari/Bilalwal are pieces on chess boards played by the Establishment. The Establishment is ONLY interested in ONE thing - that is - to protect the interests of the Ruling Elite who have kept the ordinary people of Pakistan hostage since its independence.

There badly needs to be a strong law on anti state statements and ideologies its becoming more and more common in Pakistan recently saw Ptm running a trend against army on twitter and altaf hussain praising india and now this. They were afraid of politicians or not is a different thing we don't know to what extent army can control policies of Pakistan we can only speculate
And Pakistani politicians are not 5 year old kids especially Zardari type politicians who would be afraid of army
I think for PMLN government Karachi was politicaly irrelevant their power base was Punjab so they didn't interfere in Karachi operation and Musharraf everyone knows was pro MQM that's why he couldn't control Karachi
