Vivek has made some good points but at the end of the day he is a self-centered politician. I decided to look into one of his points in which he claims there are lot of black people who aren't descendants of slaves but want to gain benefit based on their colour. So approx 12.5 million slaves were shipped across the Atlantic and in total 10.7 million Africans made it alive and were shipped to South America, Caribbean and only about 388,000 were taken to the USA in 1555. Based on this number using a 1.5% population average growth rate we can calculate their population to be approx 28 million today. But the current black population is around 40 million which means approx 12 million are economic migrants who demand to be compensated on the backs of the descendants of the enslaved.

Only a tiny percentage of the 12.5 million Africans shipped to the New World landed in North America.
