If Belief related laws we are talking about then you would not have been Muslim if Hazrat Muhammad SAW had accepted the Fatwa of the Meccans and stopped claiming himself to be Muslim or of a different belief than them, If Meccan Kuffar could not stop him from practicing his belief how do you think you can stop or it gives you a right to stop Ahmadis by doing exactly what was done by Meccan Kuffar to Prophet Muhammad PBUH. If the constitution of the country says they are non muslims then you have to obey and follow it. Things will not change unless you empower the minorities and accept them as equal. Start by amending the constitution.
