Most sane people see the same tactics employed by all sides in any given situation. No one is immune to this basic dictum.

I don't recall Muslim states employed this tactic of causing Hindu, Christian or Jew terrorism in the homelands of the followers of these faiths. Have I missed something. Your usage of word "all", as I mentioned before is frankly speaking not inline with ground realities.

As an example, please consider Iran and its activities in the region. Or many other situations that I simply do not have the liberty to mention on PDF. As I said, ALL are EQUALLY involved in such games independent of religion.
