Kashmiris started an indigenous uprising, came to us for arms and training and we obliged. Withdrawal of USSR showed them another path of resistance.

And you wouldn't have been giving us this bhashan of peace if it were Pakistan occupying a Hindu majority area and disregarding UNSC and UNGA resolutions.

Sending militants didn't work through out 90's. If its indigenous then world and India will pay attention. If you have noticed then even Hindutva brainwashed anchors now admit that "many" so called terrorists are Kashmiris. Because before they could easily fool the world that look Pakistan is one sending terrorists and that we have elected representative of kashmiris aka Abdullah and Muftis, ask them.
