This is welcome news. I hope PN gets SSBN rather than a nuclear attack sub, as AIPs are more than enough for attack role.

Russian submarine does not give India a second strike capability as it is a SSN..India's indigenousness boomer(Arihant) does..No body leases out a SSBN..because they are very expensive to operate and are useless without their ballistic missiles.

The Qings exposed to 93 meters and is likely longer than 100 meters fully exposed.

At least 6000 tons, and probably more. In other words it is almost as large as the Los Angeles class SSN, and larger than some SSBNs.

As a 4th gen SSK it is also far stealthier and its size is obviously oriented towards endurance.

For a sub this size cruise missile are practically guaranteed and MR-SLBMs are very likely as well

News of J 20 has overshadowed everything including this sub, SLBM test, and Shenglong test.

This sub is much better than 091 and maybe even 093. Likely inferior to 095 however.

This is a forum where you write something based on technical aspects and not some slang BS. Penguin just mentioned the subs in the chinese inventory. No where does it mention that Pakistan is going to lease one of that. If you go by the past record of Pak China defense procurement, it is always done based on Pakistan's requirement and we never really buy the same stuff in fact, the better stuff.

Second strike capability effective when you have credible technology in hand, only to show that you also have Nuclear submarine when we know that it will not ideal or even sufficient for us, i don't think Pakistan must go for this deal.

What credible technology does India has in hand that it decided to go for a nuclear sub? You take one step at a time. If Pakistan is going for a nuclear sub, it only makes sense if it wants to have a second strike capability.
