Import from Iran to a balochistan city my guess would be Quetta. Then from Quetta it goes to Lahore. So much time and money will make the import of tomatoes expensive compared to what 2 hour time to import from Amritsar? A silly decision in my opinion.

you can use canned tomatoes, but I think there will lot of resistance/reluctance from ppl who are used to fresh vegetables. I suppose there are no halal cuts on vegetables.
