yeah and so we can produce one of our own with a little twitching in design and more range ..i am interested to see the layout of system,A-100 is 12 barrel if i am not wrong and so we can design something like America M270 ?

Wonder what stops them from developing Arty guns.

We did produced MKEK Panter under license from Turkey,it was having weight of 18 ton,is SP howitzer we just have inducted 72,we just as I think have scrapped them due to weight,see how intelligent we are,just couldn't take weight reduction path and develop a new system it still out guns any Artillery piece India is fielding.40km

These might replace the KRL-122's. It would be nice to have these in good numbers. We already have over 200 A-100s

Well a country that produces a broad spectrum of missiles of various ranges and sizes, can surely produce an MRLS system indigenuously and I wonder why had it not been taken yet. But better later than never, I hope PA can do it in a short time.

It is not that Pakistan does not already posses such systems in its inventory but it is the scale at which they perceive it would be much more cost efftective to produce them locally and also cross the limits imposed on the ranges of imported systems by MTCR (if applicable).

these sort of systems suits well to naval requirements & as we know in past PN tested some foreign VTOL system (right now forgetting the name of the system) so I expect this system will become part of PN

Now combine it with the news that Pakistan and Ukrain have signed a deal for turboshaft engines (helicopter engines), I think something bigger is happening behind the scenes.

Pakistan also have received upgrade of 122mm rockets from a EU country so combine western and eastern tech we can work to develop better home made system.

There is a Guided MLRS mentioned
