Are Saudis/Emiraties gonna fund our Eurofighters?

Eurofighters is most advanced/capable fighter jet in the world below 5th generation...but it's damn experiensive

I beg to differ as Rafael is in same league as Eurofighter. Further the modern jets shall be expensive in future and if we consider the costs than Pak should forgo it's entire defense.

In order to maintain sovereignty we should get jets like Euro fighter or SU35 as they with suitable upgrades may prove to be challenging for Next gen jets.

Even now if we take honest reviews our 76 F16 and more or less 55-56 JF17s are not enough even to counter IAF front end fighter jets including Su30, Mig29 and Mirage 2000s which may be numbered up to 300 in case of any war.

As per some rumours, the J-31 has been rejected by both PLAAF, and PLAN.....

J31 from day one was planned to be export oriented.

the biggest dilemma of sukhois is its mantainence its a terrible pain in the neck cant ignoare it cant escape it either and thats with all russian hardware one of the key problems for why India started to diversify with western equipment even when russian equipment is half the rate of there western counterparts they tend to take more time and resources to keep them in usable condition hence end up more expensive in due course of time

Russia is offering Air Defence systems and attack helicopters and SU-35 also and if Navy shows interests we can get Frigates and Corvettes also. Russia wants to join CPEC and also improve relations with Pakistan specially after growing coziness between USA and India. Oh I Forgot to tell that T-90 Bhisma will also come soon for testing

Yes when you do it with 90 percent of IAF has Russian made jets your this answer don't goes there first

Top of it PAF technics and engineers are far more professional ask them they will tell you if given a chance they can handle B 52 bomber maintenance too in shortest period of time

Russia offered us MI-28 and Pantsir and TOW and one other Air Defence system during IDEX 2014 and their delegation briefed our Military leadership about this I am supurised you don't know this
