U are very very funny... :p

Man lets stop dreaming and do something useful for once. Until we realize all our enemies and keep seeing our enemies as freinds it will be hard to get anything done. Every Pakistani has to realize what taliban is. You and your family will live as slaves if the taliban become the rulers of Pakistan.

I agree whereever America has set foot it has ruined that nation using it for its own interests and leaving it when there is no need for it. However this situation should have made us realise our freinds from our foes. The taliban have done nothing useful for Pakistan and Islam. In truth they have ruined both

"I dont atleast expect this type dumb remarks from citizen of so called super power."

Nothing dumb about it and has nothing to do with where I live either. Plenty of dumb people in America. I'm not one of them.

"I know it is most difficult thing to change mind set of any person."

Indeed. Try changing the mind-set of this man. Perhaps you'll recall the videotaped discussion held by OBL and his fawning cronies as they sat around the dinner table in November 2001-

"We calculated in advance the number of casualties from the enemy...We calculated that the floors that would be hit would be three or four floors. I was the most optimistic of them all. Due to my experience in this field [construction] I was thinking that the fire from the gas in the plane would melt the iron structure of the building and collapse the area where the plane had hit and all the floors above it only. This is all that we had hoped for."

As if that wasn't enough.

"If you need detail of your jews friends conspiracy ,i can forward you"

Disgusting. A lot of American jews died in those buildings that day. Some say between 400-500.

Waraich66, the only details which I need from you are your address such that it can be forwarded to the security services of the royal saudi government. You'd make an excellent candidate for a personal "interview" with those lads. I understand that they're lovely gentleman with a very persuasive conversational dialog.

Mr S2 u'd be quite surprised as to the general feeling of the world towards the United states so please before calling someone terrorist look into your own backyard first. also if you check out a recent survey f4m kuwaiti based group affiliated with al jazeera u'd notice 73% of respondants labelled US as "some sort of evil power bent on world domination". Another 88% said America did not deserve to be a superpower because it had never been fair.

I hope you remember that it was your country that once helped formed the taliban that are today killing my people. You are going around all across the world interfering in their affairs and never in your whole life have you americans managed to make a fair decision. We have told you repeatedly to stop cross border raids but why would you possibly want to listen even though every one person u kill his 10-20 brothers sons fathers will all come to attack us. U dont know Pashtun culture where they reserve the right to revenge. It is part of their culture. Also why not just consider leaving Afghanistan. No one wants you there. U being there is resulting in more of the muslims being discontent.

Thing is this is not about just mullahs against USA any more. I'll be frank, it is people from every walk of life and even every religion within Pakistan against u guys. We're all annoyed. Even Christians are saying same thing so naturally muslims will be annoyed who see u as occupiers.

And in truth lets face it. Why should we trust you? Lets discuss this. I'lll make a new thread especially f4 u. I have lived in ur country & i'd say though u ppl r nice u r really cut off from the rest ofthe world. you dont have a clue what is going on and what feelings rest in the hearts

Please ask yourselves even though you are supposed to be our allies in this war on terror and despite the majority of Pakistanis immense hatred towards the talibani cultists why everyone is so completely annoyed with you. Many people are even supporting people who fight against US soldiers. Is it just like that? Instead of labelling every second person like warriach as "terrorist" please learn something about the rest of the world and its grievances with you.

You are making it much harder to deal with these talibani cultists.

Actually 70% of the Pakistani population supported the Taliban as opposed to the US in 2001 when America invaded Afghanistan, despite 9/11 and all that. So Pakistanis hate the US and its allies, no doubt about it. As I'm sure do the Afghans what with them being dumbed into to hands of warlords too as soon as the little game against the Soviets was over, but they just dont have a bloody choice...between some guys who are atleast trying to bring some recontruction and stability and proper governance (in their own interests ofcourse) as opposed to the same old stone age Taliban.

Pakistani Taliban though = No mercy

America should understand that super power doent mean they can enter in any coutry with out will of people of that country and no one can challenge them .It is proved wrong in afghanistan the poorest nation world

This type of action was valid 50 years ago,but now media is very strong and very difficult to defeat 5000 strong armed men as we have seen in Baruit.

Terrorism is common problem should be addresed jointly and all decisions and actions should taken through UNO.

But american have dennied many UNO resolutions againt Israel and violated many internation laws for humanity and environment.

Afirican Nations has no seat in UNO similarly Arabs/Muslim jointly also deserve UNO permanent member seat.

US and allied forces already accepted the talaban as reality after seven years of war ,both waring faction should stop war and resolve the differences through talks under UNO.

There are more then 25,000 madrasas are in side pakistan and afghanistan having more than 25 million talaban are studing in them which is biggest army in the making of south east asia, can not be defeated through war.

No no no.

This is a delaying tactic seen countless times before to allow the terrorists breathing space to reorganise and rearm.

Mr Rehman is power hungry and is using their cause for his own means.

‘Dialogue with Taliban after they surrender’

By Tahir Niaz
November 02, 2008

ISLAMABAD: The government and the Taliban have been insisting on their exclusive pre-requisites for holding a ceasefire and negotiating for maintaining peace in the Tribal Areas.

According to an Interior Minister spokesman, the government has asked the Taliban to surrender before the political agents in their respective areas if they want to engage in dialogue with the government.

The spokesman assured of positive and concrete measures if the Taliban acted on the government’s proposal.

However, the Taliban have been demanding the government should stop the ongoing military operation in the Tribal Areas before the talks.

Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) spokesman Maulvi Umar said on Friday that use of force solves nothing. However, he reiterated that Taliban would only hold talks with the government after the military troops were withdrawn from the Tribal Areas.

The TTP spokesman has already rejected the government’s proposal to disarm, saying they would keep the weapons for self-defence.

Peace talks with Taliban in Afghanistan are suffering from a similar stalemate. Taliban have rejected the offers of talks – contingent upon the Taliban laying down their weapons.

There should be no room for talking with people that spread terrorism.

Taleban militants fighting the Pakistan army in the country's tribal areas say they are willing to hold unconditional talks with the government.
Maulvi Omar, a spokesman for the militants, said they were also willing to lay down their arms if the military ceased operations against them.
The army is conducting operations against militants in the tribal region of Bajaur and the Swat valley.
The operations are said to be a serious effort to eradicate the Taleban.
The army wants them and al-Qaeda to be removed from Pakistan's tribal regions next to the Afghan border.
'No foreigners'
"We are willing to negotiate with the government without any conditions," Maulvi Omar told the BBC Urdu service on Wednesday "We are also willing to lay down our arms, once the military ceases operations against us."
Pakistan's government has said that it is willing to talk to the militants once they lay down their arms.
But it has also said it will not tolerate the presence of any foreigners in the region.Maulvi Omar said that the local Taleban did not want foreign militants in the region and would help the government to remove them.
"We can set up a shura [elders] committee to liaise with the authorities in removing such people," he said.
Maulvi Omar said it was useless to debate the security situation in parliament without taking the Taleban into confidence.
"What is the use of discussing the situation without talking to us?" he asked.
Claims
Pakistan's military says it has killed and captured hundreds of militants in recent fighting in Bajaur and Swat.
The military also says that it has destroyed fortified encampments and training facilities of the militants in Bajaur.
But locals point out that this is mainly a series of exaggerated claims made by the military.
They say the militants never fight in regular positions, or behind fortifications, in Pakistan or Afghanistan.
The tribesmen also say that claims that dozens of militants have recently been killed are also exaggerated.
Local journalists say that many of the places where the military claimed to have killed the insurgents were abandoned weeks before any attack.
They also say that there is a big discrepancy between the number of bodies recovered and buried and the numbers of militants the military claim to have killed

NO NEGOTIATIONS FINISH THE JOB ONCE FOR ALL .:pakistan:
Negotaions for these animals are well known way to re arm and re group just a tactic.only negotiaions should be which mullah will take the first :sniper:bullet.

i agree with you there should be no negotiations
if we call a cease-fire they will just get better and become a bigger nuisance

Negotiations should only be held after they surrender. Taliban have suffered losses and need time to reorganize themselves. This should be denied.
