Pakistan should not build the dams yet

Well building dams is good. How can there be any problem? But here is the problem. The water for these dams is flowing from the Indian occupied Kashmir. What happens we build all these dams and India stops the water? All the money we pour is these dams will go waste. Hence Pakistan should not build the dams yet. First we need to get the Indian occupied Kashmir under our control before building any dams. Do you agree with me?
For heaven sake.
Kaya kaya kero ga dam ke khilaf.
One tributary of indus comes from India but major tributeries and chunk of water is from our glaciers.
If they stop water now or later, it's war period.
Besides dumb people like you don't understand that in chenab and jehlum they have made dams with the logic that Pakistan waste their water and has not made nay dam.. They are allowed to made the dam because Pakistan cannot store the water. When paksitan cam store all its water they don't have any excuse to so that.
Stop propaganda. Stop worrying.
Kiddo there are much better people out there looking out for these things.
You see some Indian bollywood rom com and sleep. Don't worry about the the far bigger then your mind.

Who told you that all rivers flow from IOK? Do you comprehend the concept of 'water management'?

No. I am not knowledgeable in civil engineering. I am just worried that India may stop the water. In the past both World Bank and Asian Development Bank have backed out from funding the projects without NOC from India. Now we have money and going ahead but I worry that we are not thinking about the water as we are focused on building the dam. Will the dams still work if India stops the water flow into Pakistan? If yes, may be I am over reacting.

Not all the rivers.

Thanks brother. So we will be fine even if India stops the water? That's reassuring. May be I was over reacting.

Alot of the water comes from Pakistani Kashmir, this includes the heavy rain water, Glaciers and snow melting and within a short time the rivers become full and water starts to flow down Punjab, so even if India build dams, and somehow manages to stop all water, we would still get water InshaAllah.

We need to realise that we dont live in Africa but in a beautiful place, full of water and food.

The best answer to Indian water terrorism is to build more dams, so water doesn't get wasted.
Your plan is the opposite lol

the reason for that was to please the superpower2012.

Northern Areas of Pakistan is where most of Indus water comes from (unless you think superpower2012 is gonna take control of GB sometime soon) all the other rivers that originate from maqbooza Kashmir are almost dead with the exception of Jehlum

This is good info. I am now assured that we would be fine even if India stops the water. Great news indeed.

The amount of water when it rains. Enough storage for 50 dams but all this water goes to Sindh and then the ocean.

Video near Mangla Dam AJK, believe me the bridge is very high up

Water doesn't flow in fixed amounts. India can stop a certain amount of water, not all the water. The amount of water in rivers in summer is very high so we can always store the extra water.
